I have been a loyal customer since they have been located in Atlantic City, NJ. Ever since Sammy passed away, this dealership has turned to a buncha knuckleheads. You would have thought, working with one o in Atlantic City, NJ. Ever since Sammy passed away, this dealership has turned to a buncha knuckleheads. You would have thought, working with one of the best salesman/Finance managers they would have learned something from him. Nope. Current Finance manager is lost. I wouldnt be surprised if their sales totals dropped by 70% since Sammy passed. In the past I would walk in, pick a vehicle and Sammy and I would agree on a price that was profitable/accetable for both parties. Ive bought over 7 vehicles here in 15 years. Now, they try to give you this song and dance that they only make $800 on every new vehicle. Lol. What am I 17 years old. Stay far away. Look at any other cadillac or GMC dealer in the area. Advice to Kerbeck, get a new Finance Manager. One who has a clue. More

SUS-PI-CIOUS ! !!!! They act like you're crazy when you ask for their shop records for their XX point inspection on a used car -- "We dont know what youre TALKING a !!!! They act like you're crazy when you ask for their shop records for their XX point inspection on a used car -- "We dont know what youre TALKING about, what IS that?????" and "No one ever asked us so that's why it's taking sooo long to show you a copy." Then, after showing you a copy of the shop records, they post a sign on the car saying there could be $1000 worth of damage to the car, and want you to sign a WAIVER saying you knew about it -- and they tell you that ALL their used cars say that -- "BECAUSE THEY'RE BEING TRANSPARENT." On manager says it's NJ State Law, then another one says it's Kirbeck policy only. They told me it's on ALL their used cars, and the policy just started "last night." Meanwhile not one other car I could see on the lot had this notice on it. TOTAL BS, then they told me to leave when I called them out on the lie. I would stay FAR away. More
Well I am not one to do this but. When you are told something it should be done. They said what they needed to to make a sale. The salesman was great just misinformed by the manager. I purchased a vehicle. After a month, I still hadn’t received the registration or tags. It would’ve been fine had they returned my phone calls or updated me on progress. I called several times only to r received the registration or tags. It would’ve been fine had they returned my phone calls or updated me on progress. I called several times only to receive endless ringing or somebody who said they would call me back but never did. I also ordered parts for my new truck. They never came. I was never updated. When I called to find out status, either I didn’t receive an answer or somebody said they would call me back but never did. My feeling is this dealership is there just to move vehicles, but they do not care about service or any ancillary products. I would go here only if I got the best price on a vehicle. More

Post sales service is terrible. Liked our salesman, JR, that found exactly what we wanted but Damon, sales manager wanted to sell us something different. Absolutely the worst service I ever had. I sat in the Buick service department for hours only for the to tell me they didn't have the part and the mats was damaged during installation, YES PEOPLE MATS.
