I very much appreciate the immediate attention from the service advisor upon my arrival, the convenience of the waiting area, and getting my car back well with in the estimated service time, and the explanation of services performed by the service advisor. Always a great experience in the service department During my last visit to your service department, I was pleased as I usually am with your professionalism and great service. I have been coming to Exe During my last visit to your service department, I was pleased as I usually am with your professionalism and great service. I have been coming to Executive for many years for all my service needs and will continue to do so. I got a chance to drive a 2018 Civic EX coupe for my loaner car, as your department was very busy and was asked if I would not mind taking a loaner. As i have always had Accords in the past, it was a little different feeling at first, but overall no bad. Keep up the good work!!! Richard DeVito More

Great at addressing recall issues I received a recalll notice in the mail and was able to get an appointment very quickly.
