Urgent service appointment Sean McMahon was able to arrange an urgent service appointment for my car because the check engine light was displayed. I brought my car that very nig Sean McMahon was able to arrange an urgent service appointment for my car because the check engine light was displayed. I brought my car that very night and received a call from Sean in the morning. He told me it had a clogged cvs valve. He took the time to explain the function of this valve and how the technician was able to take it apart and clean it out. He said the only charge was for the diagnostics since nothing else needed to be done. I SO appreciated the honesty and professionalism of Sean and his technician who could have easily told me I needed a costly repair. Additionally when I picked up my car, Sean personally greeted us and explained everything to my husband as well. I received excellent customer service and found the entire experience to be wonderful. More

Great Experience - Service Department are TEAM Players! I recently came in for Oil Change and Tire Rotation... I save and brought my coupons with me not knowing what I might need to use...Sean is always on I recently came in for Oil Change and Tire Rotation... I save and brought my coupons with me not knowing what I might need to use...Sean is always on top of my service needs and I feel confident in his recommendations for that service and future needs. Lisa always has a smile and is happy to provide a coffee pod while I wait for my service... I enjoyed reading the newspaper that is provided while I waited and when my service was complete, Sean was very patient explaining the service that was provided and what coupons I was able to use.- when cashing out.....  Lisa was very polite and never forgets my coupon for a free car wash. At this last visit, as I was leaving, I realized my Blue Tooth was not connecting and I am not very good understanding this, I drove back and Jenna immediately came over and with her help, she had me reconnected - Thank you Honda !
