I said I had a shake when driving at about 20 mph. I was told it would be a $165 charge to diagnose. I said that was high just for a diagnosis. Got the work done elsewhere, and no more shaking! Honda continues to disappoint!! I’m currently looking for another car and I Will Not Buy At Executive Honda. More

A shout out to Chris Guerin and service members!!!! Our vehicle's transmission decided to act up on Christmas eve while here visiting family over the holidays. On Monday morning, we called and the van was vehicle's transmission decided to act up on Christmas eve while here visiting family over the holidays. On Monday morning, we called and the van was towed to Executive Honda. Chris and his service team took charge and diagnosed the issue in record time. Chris was in constant contact with us during the whole process from beginning to end. He surveyed the repairs, letting us know the issues and giving recommendations. Chris patiently and knowledgeably answered our questions. The repairs and maintenance were actually finished hours ahead of the estimated time. We cannot thank Chris and the entire Executive Honda team enough for the great service, patience, professionalism and timely repair of our vehicle so that we could get back on the road home. More
