My Experiences with executive Honda are nothing but stellar. They go out of their way to please their customers. I bought a new Honda CRV from them 5 years ago. I recently lost one of my key fobs b stellar. They go out of their way to please their customers. I bought a new Honda CRV from them 5 years ago. I recently lost one of my key fobs but my insurance on it had just run out. Normally it would have cost $350 to have it replaced and programed but when I explained the situation to them they replaced it for me at no charge. Now that is what I call SERVICE!!! Dealer did not provide a loaner even though I had bought 2 cars there. One of the cars had a factory recall and the appointment was set months before, they didn’t give me a ride home neither.
