The last time I was at Honda they told me I needed new rotors on one axle and file/repair on the other and quoted me over $1000. I went to my old mechanic and they said I only need front rotors and the ba rotors on one axle and file/repair on the other and quoted me over $1000. I went to my old mechanic and they said I only need front rotors and the back still had 50% life to them and they don’t repair rotors, just replace. For front rotors they charged just $311. I am deeply disappointed with Executive Honda in Wallingford. More

I have purchased 2 new cars in the last 8 years and have always had them serviced at the dealership. My only criticism is the waiting times when having them serviced. No matter what is being done , the wait always had them serviced at the dealership. My only criticism is the waiting times when having them serviced. No matter what is being done , the wait time is between 1 1/2 and 2 hours! My last visit ( just 2 weeks ago) I had an oil change and bought 2 new tires with an alignment and waited 2 hours. Even something as minor as checking a TPI that came on Twice in the same week required a 2 hour wait. More
