I made an appt for an oil change, early morning. We got there on time, but ended up waiting an hr & 1/2 which was extremely long for just an oil change. It's hard to have to wait for other cars that We got there on time, but ended up waiting an hr & 1/2 which was extremely long for just an oil change. It's hard to have to wait for other cars that are getting a lot of repair work on them when you're just getting an oil change- there's no separate oil change only bay. I like keeping all my service at Executive but next time I'm going somewhere else for my oil change. More

I basically only come here because of Gina. I bought my CR-V 7 years ago and have been coming to executive for its service pretty much ever since. Gina is the literal best. She always squeezes me in if I need last minute service because I drive for work A LOT. I recently moved out of state but will still have my vehicle serviced there when I’m back in CT for work, solely because I trust Gina. More
