I would give this dealership zero stars if possible. I purchased a vehicle there and after only 50k miles it was burning tons of oil. I had to PAY MYSELF out of pocket for an oil change from them to sta I purchased a vehicle there and after only 50k miles it was burning tons of oil. I had to PAY MYSELF out of pocket for an oil change from them to start an oil consumption test. Long story short it burned 1 quart of oil every 1k miles. They suggested a costly repair of piston rings and misc. other parts that would fix the issue. We paid for the repairs (that took three weeks) because they assured us this would fix the problem. It did not. The vehicle was burning more oil than it was prior to the "repairs". When we picked the vehicle up, we noticed after we got home IT WAS MISSING A MOTOR MOUNT BOLT. Thats right- even though it was "inspected" per the invoice after the repairs they let us drive it away without a motor mount attached which is extremely dangerous. When I brought it back to get the bolt installed, they did not even apologize for this. We have driven the vehicle for about 30k miles since the repair constantly adding oil. We just did another oil consumption test that I again had to pay out of pocket for and they made me go back FOUR times to check the oil level. They agreed per invoices the vehicle was burning oil at a rate of 1 quart per 1000 miles. After all of this, the sales manager told me there is nothing else they could do for me. They made me go back there FOUR times knowing they were not going to do anything for me about this issue. However, they were quick to take more of my money for the oil change to do the consumption test knowing this. No matter what I said they were just extremely rude and condescending towards me, especially the sales manager Joe. They acted extremely dismissive of this massive issue and did not care at all to help us fix the issue. The only suggestion he had was to charge us nearly $4000 to get a replacement short block. After they forgot to put in a motor mount bolt last time, I have zero faith the repair would be done properly. We did not even get to drive this vehicle 100k miles since we purchased it from this dealer. You would think this dealership would stand by the vehicles they sell. Once this dealership makes the sale, they can care less about you or the vehicle. Worst dealership experience I have ever had in my life. Go to yelp and google for more reviews of this dealer. The reviews here seem to get filtered and deleted to misrepresent themself better than they are. I also have a friend who went here and was treated the exact same way, and they did not want to fix his transmission after it blew two weeks after he purchased a vehicle from them. They finally agreed to fix it after a long time and after three weeks he picked it up and the transmission was still blown. They had a mechanic drive with him to see for himself and he also confirmed it was still blown. After having his car for three weeks they did not even fix it and tried to say they did. I will NEVER go to this dealership again and urge anyone reading this to help yourself out and DO NOT GO HERE. Go somewhere else where your business is actually valued and where they will stand by their vehicles and services. More

I have purchased 2 new cars in the last 8 years and have always had them serviced at the dealership. My only criticism is the waiting times when having them serviced. No matter what is being done , the wait always had them serviced at the dealership. My only criticism is the waiting times when having them serviced. No matter what is being done , the wait time is between 1 1/2 and 2 hours! My last visit ( just 2 weeks ago) I had an oil change and bought 2 new tires with an alignment and waited 2 hours. Even something as minor as checking a TPI that came on Twice in the same week required a 2 hour wait. More
