Share Information My car was dropped for a simple oil change. 7 pm came and i did not get a call from the service department. I called after 7 pm to find out that the My car was dropped for a simple oil change. 7 pm came and i did not get a call from the service department. I called after 7 pm to find out that the service department was closed. Next morning i called to talk to a service manager and i spoke with Jimmy. He stated the person that checked me in had a emergency and had to leave. I feel like he should have turned this over to another person. I was without a car. Thank God we have a second car. Jimmy did take care of my bill for my inconvenience. More
Disappointed Very disappointed. Brought my car in Saturday June 1st for a recall issue with the gas tank, the car had already been in previously for same issue bef Very disappointed. Brought my car in Saturday June 1st for a recall issue with the gas tank, the car had already been in previously for same issue before recall. Paperwork states that it was inspected and no work needed to be performed at this time. On Tuesday June 4th I once again ran out of gas while the fuel gauge was registering more than 1/4 of a tank left. Furthermore, my transmission still jerks constantly as I have also had the car in a number of times for the issue. Always told that it is normal or within specs and nothing needs to be replaced. Also another issue that was recalled after my many complaints and still not fixed. Very disappointed with the car as a whole and with the entire customer service experience from the beginning. More

70 thousand mile inspection The took the car and told me to go home in my wife’s car and they would call when it was ready. They called and asked me if they should perform the ad The took the car and told me to go home in my wife’s car and they would call when it was ready. They called and asked me if they should perform the additional items that needed attention. I said yes, and when it was finished they called and said it was ready for pick up. The cost was very fair. Personable Salesman We enjoyed our salesman but the management and processing the purchase was a mess. Jeff is the only reason we retured to this dealer for our purchase. As we were shopping around I have very specific criteria on a used vehicle to consider it over a new purchase. I received an email back for a used vehicles not in my criteria (not from our salesman). Jeff was very attentive to what we wanted and provided excellent service to us. He only showed us what we were interested in since we were very specific in what we wanted and what our interest was. We appreciated that he did not try to sell something we had no interest in. I did an over the phone finance application on a Saturday. My credit was pulled and I was given an interest rate and payment amount. When I came in expecting to sign papers, my credit was run again and no changes occured in the 2 day window however all the sudden I needed a cosigner. There was no explaination of why this changed all the sudden. Then when signing the purchase paperwork I noticed the sales price was not adjusted down to reflect the online sales price. That was about a $4,000 difference that I amlost ate. I had about 3-4 separate people contact me other than my salesman which was annoying. I can see one additional person checking on how everything is going but too many hands were in the kitchen. More
