When I came to pick up my vehicle, there was a puddle of some unknown liquid on the top of the cargo compartment shade and the carpets, front and rear were damp under the mats. Most distressing was that my manuals were missing from the glove compartment and my coasters were missing from the cup holders. I entrusted the care of vehicle to you and am distressed that my things disappeared. I had to leave the vehicle so the carpets could be dried. Two hours wasted. When I picked up my vehicle after the carpets were dry, the sunroof did not open. The mechanic was able to fix this. Glad I thought to test it! Very upset that manuals and coasters were taken and disappointed with the lack of professionalism in caring for my property. More

I am not pleased my fender should not coming flying off while your on the highway and the danger of have kids in the car. The recall on that was to put screw and etc and fix it not let it fly off. I got a rental that was not equal to what my car is. It smells like dog it had dog hair all over. I love Toyota and I am very disappointed completely. This is not accepted. My car rattles and I just got it back and it is saying maintains is due. I don't get it. I feel my car a lemon or what I'm so disappointed. The car is new and I am totally disappointed. My car should not run the way it does. And I repeat myself to many times. More
