I will not bring my car to be serviced here again. It's simply too expensive. I also don't like the fact that the service advisor kept using the words "overdue" on parts of the svc. I rely on them to tell me what is needed. I have never refused a service and many of the services she talked about hadn't been offered. It's a high pressure tactic to make me feel like I've been neglecting my car's service when I've brought it in regularly. The charge of labor for three hours worth of work was $996.00!!! Too much. Local service stations are not that expensive. I am giving three stars bc of the valet pick up and drop off. Very nice service. More

Always a pleasure to deal with the Empire Toyota Service Center in Huntington, and in particular, I'm always pleased by the individual attention and concern by Sunny Dalavai in the Service writing office. I go out of my way, miles out of way, to be serviced by Empire Toyota. I live much closer to at least two other Toyota dealers, but one in particular, the few times I was serviced by them, treat their customers rather bluntly, and without the same personal touch by Empire. Sunny is great to deal with. And I must also give a shout out to William Bonilla, who is also very kind and courteous to deal with. More
