I wanted to purchase a 2024 Land Cruiser. Before I went to Empire Toyota, I had visited another Toyota dealership in the area and they made the process of buying a new Land Cruiser seem diff Before I went to Empire Toyota, I had visited another Toyota dealership in the area and they made the process of buying a new Land Cruiser seem difficult. I could not get get a straight answer as to how long it would take. or even how I could buy one. Why was its mystery? Upon visiting Empire I was first introduced to Sham and then to Cesar Sandoval, who both made me feel welcomed and made it easy for me to find the vehicle I was looking for. They answered all my questions and I ordered the car that very day. While I waited for my vehicle to come in, they regularly updated me on its status. Yesterday, I picked up the Vehicle and everything was ready for me. Cesar thoroughly explained the functionality of my new truck and I was on my way. The entire team at Empire is excellent! The new Land Cruiser is a beautiful truck and I will be purchasing all my families future Toyota products, from Empire Toyota of Huntington. Thank you! Ron K More

Yoelis made my buying experience very pleasant. The first time I went, he showed me different models, then explained why or why not they would work for me after asking what I needed. I went back to Yoelis at Empire Toyota again a few weeks later. He has patience, knowledge and he is just an all around wonderful, caring man that cares more about the consumer than making a sale. Again, he showed me what they had in stock and let me test drive the car. He called me before the 2 weeks I was told I had to wait. I went in, the car was waiting for me right outside the door. He then sat in the car with me, explained every button before going for another test drive. He didn't let me leave the dealership before all my questions were answered. Not once did he seem upset that I was wasting his time and I was there for some time both times. In fact I had a question 3 days after purchasing my car and I texted him.
