The only place to go! When it comes to shopping for a car I can say that I was expecting the worst. What I got was the very best. When we arrived we were greeted right away When it comes to shopping for a car I can say that I was expecting the worst. What I got was the very best. When we arrived we were greeted right away and introduced to David N. This guy is fantastic! He explained their phenomenal "One Price, Our Best Price" philosophy of doing things and from there he let us run the show. No haggling, no stress, no pushing us one way or another. When we found out the car we'd been considering had been sold he showed us a nearly identical car for over $1,500 less. Yes, LESS! He saved us money not only on the car but even introduced us to Ray in finance who got us a better finance package than the one I walked in with!!! This dealership is fantastic and saved my husband and I at least over $5K easily. David N. is what every Sales Person should be. I can't even call him a Sales Person because it didn't feel like I was being convinced to buy anything, I was given top of the line customer service by him and I left with a great car for me and my family and a great experience to back it up. He stayed with us from start to finish (even through the finance and insurance process) and didn't hand us off to anyone else until we had the keys in our hand and were driving happily off the lot. I will be returning to Bay Ridge Nissan and David N. for all my future car buying/servicing needs. These guys get it right! More
