Excellent Service!!! This is the first time my husband and I having a car. We were first contacted by Tio Sardini via email and by phone. We told Tio that we weren't sure This is the first time my husband and I having a car. We were first contacted by Tio Sardini via email and by phone. We told Tio that we weren't sure if we wanted to buy or lease a car, and we weren't met with any annoyance or exasperation, which is amazing! He was very polite and helped set up an appointment for us to come to the show room for whenever it was convenient for us. When we first came into the showroom, we were greeted by Silvia, who is on Tio's team. Silvia showed us both pros and cons to buying or leasing a car. She was very patient with us, answering all of our questions and concerns. When it came to dealing with financing the car, Ray was very pleasant, and informative. He even gave me and my husband a few minutes to be alone so we can discuss and make sure we were o.k. with the figures and terms. One of the great thing about this place (and it does make a huge difference) is that the salesmen are not commissioned based. They won't push you into getting a car that you don't really need/want just so they can make more money. They even have this "one price best price" deal going on. They have a specific team whose job is to only search prices for each car on line or at other dealerships, so we don't have to worry about negotiating the prices because that's the best price around! The entire experience was a lot less painful that i thought. Even while waiting for the credit report to run and waiting for the DMV registrations wasn't as long as i expected it to be. We were able to pick up the car the next day. Great place! I've even recommended this place to two people already! More

Having relocated from another state, Mike M. was very careful to handle everything with ease to where I did not feel the least bit overwhelmed in the process. He helped me stay within a reasonable budget, and because of his wealth of knowledge on the national/ local markets...I definitely feel like a more educated consumer. First time leasers We spent around two weeks looking at cars within Brooklyn and Queens having little to no knowledge about the new car market. My girlfriend and I have We spent around two weeks looking at cars within Brooklyn and Queens having little to no knowledge about the new car market. My girlfriend and I have had our share of old beaters purchase outside the city, but this was the first time really sitting down with dealers (too many, frankly) and having to hunker down during negotiations and questioning every piece of paper put our way. Near the end of our first day, we stopped into Nissan on a whim. We really had no plans to go with a Nissan at first, but we figured "Why not look?" David Nezhberg approached us and asked the usual questions and offered some insight into the Sentra and Altima. Eventually we sat down and he explained how Nissan Bay Ridge was different. "Likely story," we thought. They'd recent changed over to a "One Price--Our Best Price" model that focuses more on the experience of buying a car minus the haggling. We'd experienced all levels of negotiation, low-balling, up-selling, divide and conquer, etc, but David asked a few questions, got a quote and that was it. Our lease options were a little stranger than normal, but the Sentra's wound up having a good rate and some rebates (they even found a rebate for my company that I didn't know about). We didn't buy that day as we were still seeing what was out there, but David remained consistent throughout the week, calling when he said he would, etc. Other dealers really loved the back and forth and the games, but none could meet the price at BR Nissan, so we headed back. I was still a bit cautious because I feel like most car dealerships don't do themselves any favors when trying to defy stereotypes, but David and his team rang true with every question, every time. They present options, explain them, but never really up-sell them (warranties, extras, etc). We're there some hiccups? Sure--it hasn't been my experience to have to wait 6hrs for paperwork etc, but that might be how things are. So far though, we're happy with our choice and hope we can stay happy with Bay Ridge Nissan. More
