YUCK!!! I was looking over other reviews and wish that I too, had good things to say but I don't. When signing for the deposit transaction, I was told if I didn't buy a car from Bayridge Nissan, I would have a refund in about 10 business days. It's now over a month. Called more than 7 times about it, just get the run around from everyone at Bayridge Nissan. Who in this day and age, has the time or the ability to wait for their money back? Bills need to be paid and they just don't care because I didn't choose them for my car purchase. Messed up any way you slice it. More
Easy and hassle free experience to buy new car ! I really don’t know why ppl are complaining. We just bought new 2015 Murano with BayRigdeNissan (this was our 3rd Nissan dealer we saw) and it was the I really don’t know why ppl are complaining. We just bought new 2015 Murano with BayRigdeNissan (this was our 3rd Nissan dealer we saw) and it was the most pleasant talk/purchase ever. No hassle, no back and forward with the price. We came on Sunday – busy day but we didn't wait long for the sale person. We knew what we want, how much we want to spend and how much we could get for our car as a trade-in. If you do your homework – no one will screw you. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!! Sales person Jose and financial manager Barry were very honest and very professional. No push to buy extras etc. On Tuesday we left with our new car after couple of hours of paper work: financials, insurance, dmv etc. I don’t know about used cars sale method but for brand new…this is the place to go. And ask for Jose – he is young but has passion for cars, knowledge and he has very nice personality. More
Unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful service I brought my 2012 Nissan Altima to the service center at Bay Ridge Nissan because my right rear window only went up from the main switch. I had brough I brought my 2012 Nissan Altima to the service center at Bay Ridge Nissan because my right rear window only went up from the main switch. I had brought my car here for this problem previously, but the staff told me it would take some time and to bring it when I would be able to leave the car. I use my car to commute everyday, so it was difficult for me to find the time to do this. Normally, this would be covered under warranty, but by the time I brought it again, I was 1,000 miles over my warranty so I had to pay out of pocket for the fixes. While it was bothersome to me, I remained understanding. I asked Sebastiano specifically if it would cost a lot of money for the repairs, and he said, "Let's hope not." He told me to sign a paper and to wait in the lounge while the car was looked at so I could be provided with a price estimate. Now, I do not always come to the dealer so I am not familiar with the way the system works. I would expect it to be explained to me. After waiting for 2 hours, without any updates, I went to ask Sebastiano what was going on with my car. He told me he was waiting on them, he didn't know, and he was going to find out. A few minutes later, he brought me to his office to show me a bill for almost $400. Personally, I do not have that much money to spend on a window switch, that would of been covered under warranty if I brought in my car a few weeks earlier. While he did consult the manager, Victor Paredes, to try to work with me on the price, it was out of my budget. When I told him I was going to deny the services, he told me I was going to be billed $115.00 because the car was looked at. Excuse me? Is it not necessary for me to be told BEFORE my car is looked at that I would have to pay for it? While it is true I signed the paper that stated this, it was not explained to me, so the paper is meaningless. Sebastiano saw the way I signed the paper, and he knows very well I did not read it, and he knows he did not mention anything to me about paying. I thought it was simply a write up of what I reported to him. When I was asking him why he did not mention this before, he was rude and unprofessional. He literally told me, "Learn to read." I'm sorry, but that is not how a "professional" staff should behave. He should have told me I would have to pay before. I don't care what time of day it is, but there is no excuse to roll your eyes, give attitude, and assume your customer knows what is going on when it is your job to explain it to them. Do not half xxx an explanation because you are trying to make money off of your customers. I am not surprised to read the other terrible reviews of their experience here. I did speak with the manager, Victor Paredes, who was much more professional. He did not waive the fee for me, but we worked out a more reasonable deal. I waited, once again, for the work to be done, after being told it would not take long. Victor later approached me in the lounge, and told me the car was coming out of the wash and almost ready. This was the cherry on top of the worst customer service ever. I specifically told Sebastiano that I just got a paint job the day prior. WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU WASH A CAR WITH PAINT THAT HAS NOT DRIED YET? Now, they just started mocking me. Victor, whom I mistakenly thought to be more professional, started telling me I was being "ridiculous". Yes, I am ridiculous because his staff is poor and incompetent. Very professional. I am not complaining about the money - I am complaining about the poor customer service. This should be of priority. I felt exceptionally disrespected, and whatever the reason is, there is no excuse for this type of behavior. Let me not get into what SHOULD have been done. Victor was kind enough to try to mend the problem, but Sebastiano could care less about his impolite demeanor. This behavior was not only unprofessional, but it was obnoxious, unacceptable, and unnecessary. I do not take this situation lightly, and I am extremely disappointed the way this situation played out. I believe I deserve to be treated in a courteous manner and this type of conduct should not be left unresolved. Save yourself the trouble and go to another service center. I will not be coming here anymore. More

Great Experience I came in to lease a new vehicle and met with Jose. He was very patient and professional. The color vehicle that I wanted was not in the dealer inventory, so he assured me that he would be be able to locate it and have it delivered there for me.
