Great buying experience. My old Rogue 2013 was totaled when I lost control of the car on a black ice. I did not have to wait for delivery, I could pick it up right away, which was just great. The buying process was very smooth, thanks to Steve Miglino. Horrible Customer Service at Bay Ridge Nissan I went to Bay Ridge Nissan on Feb 12th to return my Nissan lease. I wanted to re-lease with Nissan. I test drove a Rogue. We agreed on a price, signed I went to Bay Ridge Nissan on Feb 12th to return my Nissan lease. I wanted to re-lease with Nissan. I test drove a Rogue. We agreed on a price, signed the agreement and I was told it would take "a few days" to locate the Rogue in the color I wanted. I called a few days later to check the status. I was told no Rogue was located it would be a "few more days". This continued 10 days, 15 days, 20 days. No Rogue! I asked for a gun metallic or black 2015 Rogue. Bay Ridge Nissan could not locate one! They happily charged my credit card $290 for the first months payment! The manager acted annoyed and like we were bothering them! I asked for a refund and they wanted my credit card info again! They would not refund the money in the form of a check. This place is a scam! How can a Nissan dealership not have Nissan cars available! They act like they are giving you a deal when they are just scamming you! Do not go to this dealership! Go to the Manhattan location or NJ! More
