My friend went to bay ridge Nissan and bought a car from a sales person named Mena. He told me how great he is and how helpful he was so I went to bayridge and asked for Mena at the front desk. As soon as he came to the front he approached me and my wife with a smile and greeted us like royalty. I didn't tell him that I was a referral of my friend and wanted to see how I would get my treatment. He went over every car with us until we found the perfect car. His name tag says product specialist and that's really what he is. He went over the car with us so well I felt like I knew that car inside out. We told him our budget and he worked with it. After it was all said and done I had my new car the next day cleaned and ready to go. As I was about to drive off I told him how my friend sent me to him and how he was a great salesman and I will be sending him all my friends and family. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for mena when you walk in. Trust me he's the best !!!! More

When I decided on getting a new car, Bay Ridge Nissan was the first in what was supposed to be several stops on my mission to find the perfect one. I recently visited the Bay Ridge Nissan dealership and left with a new 2012 Nissan Rogue. I was surprisingly pleased with not only my purchase, but with the fantastic dealer that helped me with my purchas left with a new 2012 Nissan Rogue. I was surprisingly pleased with not only my purchase, but with the fantastic dealer that helped me with my purchase (my main reason for writing this review). I went in alone and as a female I was a little worried about someone trying to jack up the price. I was lucky to have dealt with Joshua, not only was he genuine and straight to the point but he made me feel like I was making the right choice and safe with what I was spending. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past and have never come across someone so attentive and friendly. Not only do I recommend that you come to this shop to make your purchase but I recommend Joshua Hernandez. He knows what he's talking about and guides you in the right direction, sending you home with a smile and not a complaint! My younger brother has been planning to purchase a used vehicle and was set on going to some other places. I immediately called him and told him to visit Joshua before any other dealership.
