My friend went to bay ridge Nissan and bought a car from a sales person named Mena. He told me how great he is and how helpful he was so I went to bayridge and asked for Mena at the front desk. As soon as he came to the front he approached me and my wife with a smile and greeted us like royalty. I didn't tell him that I was a referral of my friend and wanted to see how I would get my treatment. He went over every car with us until we found the perfect car. His name tag says product specialist and that's really what he is. He went over the car with us so well I felt like I knew that car inside out. We told him our budget and he worked with it. After it was all said and done I had my new car the next day cleaned and ready to go. As I was about to drive off I told him how my friend sent me to him and how he was a great salesman and I will be sending him all my friends and family.
