Bought my car 3 weeks ago, and still dont have it. They say the title has to clear, but I know it dont take this long. I already made my first car payment. It would be nice to hear, " Sir, your title is no say the title has to clear, but I know it dont take this long. I already made my first car payment. It would be nice to hear, " Sir, your title is not in yet, it should be soon, thank you for waiting" or something. The dealer was cool, but never calls back, neither does the manager who I spoke with. I was told that it may take up to two weeks, but this is week 3, and they still need to clean it and service it, so thats going to be more time, because the vehicle is still sitting in the back lot, as of yesterday, still dirty and unserviced. Come on, I got things to do, I'm also going on vacation soon. More

Be careful, they will promise you everything - in the end I got nothing, they weren't able to get me a car they have promised, plus it took them 2 weeks to return my deposit. Also they have some crazy Document Fees, which other dealers in NY don't have. And be careful with the price, cause they will give you an attractive price, but when you'll sign the papers you'll see some Fees appear from nowhere. Went to a dealer in Long Island and got the car cheaper and w/o hassles and xx that Bay Ridge gives you. More
my husband and i went in looking to buy a 2008 nissan because we couldnt afford a 2011. emerson came and greeted us right away. he was patient, listened carefully and explained the pricing. he showed because we couldnt afford a 2011. emerson came and greeted us right away. he was patient, listened carefully and explained the pricing. he showed us around, spent time with us and was very professional and polite. we went home to talk it over and we agreed to a 2011 sentra instead of an altima or maxima. we went back and asked for emerson. it was his day off but when they called him, he came in to the dealership in 20 minutes. i had my heart set on red and there would be a 3 month wait to get my car. emerson search all the states and located just the right red i wanted. he called when he said he would call and they gave us a fair price and i got my car in no time. they were professional, dedicated, patient and caring. emerson said "dont worry, we're gonna make you happy" and he made me ecstatic. i would definetly recommend him and bay ridge nissan. thanks emerson, for everything (and dwayne too) safie More
BY far the worst experience of my life, not even car dealership wise, like ever. These people should all rot for the torture they put me through when i tried to lease a car from them. First off they gave me an amazing price for a new truck, but at the signing they tried to hit me up for $3500 in extra bank charges and delivery fees. They all had an attitude the whole time, were very condescending and downright rude. if anyone ever buys a car from them then i would tell you you are a fool. More
ive been a customer with nissan for over 12 years. while the pathfinders and moranos i found to be great cars i find the quality of customer statisfaction stinks. i have gone to 2 nissan dealers. the inceti the pathfinders and moranos i found to be great cars i find the quality of customer statisfaction stinks. i have gone to 2 nissan dealers. the incetives given is like trying to squeeze a lemon that has no juice left. both dealers gave me quality incetives after much haggling. the monthly payments, according to bay ridge claims they will beat any price was false because kings had a cheaper price only if i went with a certain finance company which has a bad reputation. i was commited to bay ridge because i left a deposit with them that was non refundable which i regrett. i was given a free service maintance for the entire length of my lease which was very nice with one exception, why in xxxx do i have to travel 45 min. from my house to get an oil change when kings nissan is only tops 15 min. this was never explained to me and i am furious. im only going to say this, if its not changed because it was an in house promotion given to me because i am a loyal customer, and i have to travel just to get an oil change or have my tires rotated, than nissan has lost a customer after this lease is up. i am truly disatisfied with nissan. in fact the nissan i turned in (09), was leased in new jersey because i received a better price, although they didnt offer any incetives or promotions, and even if they did i would probley have to go there to get my oil changed. the sales person i mentioned was very professional but never told me i had to go there to get my oil changes, although he asked the manager if i could go to kings nissan and he flat out said no. so to nissan i flat out say no to leasing another car unless i can go to a closer nissan for my free service. thank u for looking into this matter. I would recommend Bay Ridge Nissan, they understood what I was looking for and within in my price range. What really impressed me was the friendly dealer I worked with who really tried to work with me and m I was looking for and within in my price range. I could tell the dealer really loves his job and is true to his word, which is really hard to find these days. I would recommend Bay Ridge Nissan as a top choice when searching for a car. More
