I purchased a used car and the car had a lot of issues, I had to return to the dealership 6 times to get the car repaired and the reps I dealt with NEVER returned my phone calls. The few times I was there, I had to wait approx 4-6 hrs before I got an answer. My car sat at the dealership for 1 week and no work was done, it was returned to me not fixed & dirty. I had to bring the car back again to get the repairs done. The girls at the reception desk were more helpful, kind & were very willing to help me. They deserve recognition.
