When I came into the dealership I brought along my sister and brother-in-law thinking I would need "back-up". I spoke to the receptionists who were incredibly nice. I gave him very specific instructions on what I could afford and how much I could pay and what kind of car I was thinking of buying. Well, I must say that when I returned to the dealership I did not need "back-up". Ron Stewart is incredibly patient, professional and respectful salesman. He did everything he could to help me buy my new 2012 Nissan Sentra 20.S. His manager Mike and the young lady in the car insurance section were very,very nice also. Thank you Ron, you are awsome!! However, you will not get back your deposit. Please don't trust them. 2. They don't tell you how much finally charges are. They will told you how much the car is. After you sign the contract and you get the bill of sales. you will find out they bill you couple thousands higher your expect. please don't expect the higher amount is tax. They will not told you what is include in the price. 3 Extended Service Plans, Please don't listen to any people in dealer. they are the frauds. They will told you the extend service is for 5 years or higher. they you ask you the sign the contract for the extended service plans. However, this dealer will not fill out the form before you sign the contract. they will fill out after you sign all contracts. After you get the copy of contract, you will find out the valid time for the extended service is 1 or 2 years. it is lower than the dealer told you. 3. When you try to speak to manager, they will told you the manager is on vacation. If you want to make something change, the sale will told you only the manager can make the change. Please don't trust the Bay Ridge Nissan. Find the other dealers. More
Salesman Richard tried to get the sale done and over with as quick as possible and seemed to be in a rush to get us out quickly with the purchased car. He did not a good job in having the car cleaned up on t as quick as possible and seemed to be in a rush to get us out quickly with the purchased car. He did not a good job in having the car cleaned up on the inside and sold us a car that did not start well. We told him that we needed a good car that will will perform satisfactorily even after a 1500 mi+ drive. Soon after our long drive there was a "service engine soon" light, causing me inconvenience as I need the car to get around everywhere. Also, finance supervisor failed to note the all the separate components of the final total price on the receipt. We were told that we needed to come back another day just to get a breakdown of the price. In addition, when calling for "Santo," the technician department, we have to waste time explaining the problem to a receptionist who has no idea about technical problems. She transfers the caller AFTER the problem is explained. Why doesn't the number take the caller straight to "Santo???" Finally, the finance manager stated to me that I can purchase extended warranty AFTER purchase, within 60 days, from ANY Nissan dealer. When I went to another Nissan dealer out of state, they told me that was completely false. When I contacted Bay Ridge, they told me that I misunderstood them and that they had given me the correct information originally, insinuating that I was the liar. More
I went into the Nissan dealership to look at cars that I may be interested in buying in the very near future. I was greeted by the friendly employee Craige Burke. I came in because my family has outgrown our old car and we needed a new bigger car. I went to a few dealerships looking for a good price on a new Quest. Daniel took the time to explain all of the available we needed a new bigger car. I went to a few dealerships looking for a good price on a new Quest. I never thought that I would be able to get a newer bigger and better car for less than what I was paying for my old one. I had a great experience and will go back to Daniel when I need another car.
