I went to the dealership to renew my lease of my older maxima. I walked in and 2 hours later all the paper work was finalized for my brand new 2012 maxima. When you walk in this place, don't expect anyone to know anything. Or ever call you back. Everyone I delt with there were friendly and very helpful, not just my salesperson. But even other sales people were very helpful. I felt that the sales man, Haris was very willing to get me the best helpful, not just my salesperson. But even other sales people were very helpful. I purchased a used car and the car had a lot of issues, I had to return to the dealership 6 times to get the car repaired and the reps I dealt with NEVER returned my phone calls. The few times I was there, had to return to the dealership 6 times to get the car repaired and the reps I dealt with NEVER returned my phone calls. The few times I was there, I had to wait approx 4-6 hrs before I got an answer. My car sat at the dealership for 1 week and no work was done, it was returned to me not fixed & dirty. I had to bring the car back again to get the repairs done. The girls at the reception desk were more helpful, kind & were very willing to help me. They deserve recognition. I went to Bay Ridge Nissan to trade in my car the sales guy I dealt with was Greg Gordon there was some issue between me and Greg,after making my complain to the sales manager Reggie and general manager Vi guy I dealt with was Greg Gordon there was some issue between me and Greg,after making my complain to the sales manager Reggie and general manager Vincent the give me a different sales guy to work with is name is Hank.Hank was every nice he keep me up to date with everything that was going on with my deal regarding getting my car.After everything I went through with Greg these guys came through for me I left there with a smile,so I must thank the sales manager Reggie,general manager Vincent,finance guy Paul and my sales person Hank you guys did a very good job thank you.I would recommend my friends to this dealer ship,please ask for Hank when you get there guys.Once again thank you guys for everything.
