Completly Awfulexperience, with the exception of the girls at the front desk!! These guys make me believe the car dealer stereotype. Nothing but lies as soon as we sat down to sign the papers. We are now stuck paying for a car with numerous problems that their service deparment told us weren't even there, like we were seeing things. The 4th time they claimed to have done what we asked, as we were told they would do what they had to to make it right. Wrong there were still some things they refused to do. We were told, we knew what we were purchasing when we bought the car. Promises, promises, and then we get,"we didn't promise you anything." We have been up there 5 times total, and live about 2 hours away, never again. At this point I think we have given up. More

Ill strongly recommend this dealership. Used cars are in excellent conditions and they have very good prices. I am very happy with my new Versa, although i must say that i still have to get used to driving it. I have always driven sedan cars, and this is my first experience with a small mini van. This dealership commits fraud and lies to their customers. I bought a car there and when i got the papers in the mail, the price was 4,000 dollars over our agreed price. When I went back they said they can charge us whatever fees they want and too bad because we signed the papers. Also the whole minimum 8 months of finance is crap. You can pay off the car as soon as you would like. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP More

I agreed on monthly payment with money down with the salesman and his manager, when it comes time to sign the finance manager tells me i need to put more money down to get that price. i just feel as if salesman and his manager, when it comes time to sign the finance manager tells me i need to put more money down to get that price. i just feel as if they assumed all paper work was done and the only thing left to do was sign that changing the amount out of pocket was worth it and i was going to be willing. in fact it was shameful and a tasteless scheme, and they lost a customer over it. The sales men are great the finance managers are schemers and do whatever to get more money out of you. i would not recommend this dealership to anyone, i am previous nissan owner but never again. I really hope this helps because there were a bunch of bad reviews on a different site that i should have trusted. More

Richard is an energetic salesman. I knew i what i wanted from the start just wasn't sure where to get it. I've been all over 75 miles radius, and about 8 dealers and couldn't find anything. Bay Ridge Nissan had what i wanted, actually Richard understood my budget and knew what i wanted and needed for me and my family. Ray broke down everything for me and gave me the best financing option i had been offered. He also explained how my monthly payments will be distributed throughout my finance contract. My overall experience was great, my only downfall is the wait. Other than that i recommend this dealer over any other. More
