My wife and I went to this dealership to get her a used 2009 Nissan Rogue that we had seen on Autotrader for around $12,999. We got to the dealership at 1PM and waited till around 1:30 to take a test driv 2009 Nissan Rogue that we had seen on Autotrader for around $12,999. We got to the dealership at 1PM and waited till around 1:30 to take a test drive. We were assigned a nice young man who was knowledgeable. Once back from the test drive they made us wait from 1:45 till 2:30. From there another man approached us and said that the guy that took us on the test drive had an emergency and had to leave early (Red Flag!). So the new guy starts badgering us on how much we are going to put down on the car. We say lets talk about the final price first. He was putting together a half-hearted contract with a bunch of different fee names (Prep Fee, Documentation Fee, Dealership Fee, and Finance Fee ). All of these fees had a TBD next to them! I said we wouldn't sign the contract until we figured out these fees. The new guy would not let up and we went at this for 45 minutes! At the end he said "You win, let me go get my manager." The manager made us wait from 3:15 till 4. We went into his office and he was pulling the same shenangians. We finally said we would like to put down $1500 and finance the rest. Then he went through the fees for the next 2 hours. The fees as the explained were set in stone and necessary. Here is how they justified them. Prep fee ($800) - "When we buy the cars they are in bad shape and this fee enables us to work on the car to get it to pass NYS inspection. Documentation fee ($250) - NYS Inspection, and Registration, which seems valid except that NYS Law limits this fee to $75! Finance Fee - ($600) "This fee helps us run our finance department" Dealership Fee ($1350) - "Do you have kids? Well we do too and we have to feed them." After arguing with them for some time about how the Prep Fee, Dealership Fee and Finance Fee were a complete joke I asked them how they could list the price as $12999 if they knew they were gonna charge these fees. He replied we dont control 3rd party advertising. I called Autotrader on the spot and on speakerphone they said they dont take listings from anyone, you need to pay to put them on yourselves. So with the $12999 plus $3000 in fees we came to about 16k and he kept referring to our FINAL PRICE of 15840. What he did was sweep the fact that we agreed to pay 1500 for the downpayment under the carpet. Then added the taxes of the 16k to the 14500 to get 15840. We agreed and they said come back in 2 hours when the prep was done. So at 8 PM on our way back we realized he had lied to us about the final price to which they basically walked right past us and went to smoke a ciggarette outside. All in all this was a horrible experience, and I would highly not recommend buying from these lowlifes. More
The whole experience with sales man Eddie P. was an amazion experience he took the time out to go through all my needs, went over different options and prices and affordabitiy. Eddie told me that he ju amazion experience he took the time out to go through all my needs, went over different options and prices and affordabitiy. Eddie told me that he just want to go over some car before I make a decision, eddie went over the different trim levels and options i had for the vehicle, and i felt like i was in total control not being pressured to buying just any vehicle. Eddie also was very helpful as for the choices I have and went over the steps, eddie also went over the bussiness process which it was very smooth and quick and upon of obtaining my vehicle he preset my stations, my cell phone to link with the bluetooth eddie was a person that i would recommend to anyone who's looking for a down to earth sales person and who accually listens to the customer. I recently took my Nissan Versa SV in for service. I was very impressed at how friendly, helpful, polite and courteous everyone is at Nissan. The staff made my visit very smooth and hassle-free. Kevin Guo very impressed at how friendly, helpful, polite and courteous everyone is at Nissan. The staff made my visit very smooth and hassle-free. Kevin Guo was very helpful, Richard asked me if I wanted something to drink or eat, and the young ladies at the front desk remembered my name. These people treat me like family. I had an enjoyable experience and piece of mind knowing that Nissan's professional mechanics are working on my car. Thank you, everyone at Nissan, for taking such good care of my car and me. Congratulations on doing such a great job, and keep up the great work! More

I LOVE MOE!!! he was sooooooo friendly and treated us like family!, i really felt comfortable with him because he didn't really seem like a sales person! he was relating with us instead of treating us as like family!, i really felt comfortable with him because he didn't really seem like a sales person! he was relating with us instead of treating us as a 'sale' i bought an Altima sl from him! i came in wanting to get the SL he told me if you don't need leather you should just get the SV with the package its the same car just no leather. from then and there i felt comfortable with him because he was trying to save me money instead of selling me the most expensive car on the lot! On October 16, 2012, I was coaxed into getting a Leaf. Mr. Richard, wasnt a very knowledgable sales rep. He pushed me into leasing this peice of ??????? car. The car battery life is 100 miles. Everythi Mr. Richard, wasnt a very knowledgable sales rep. He pushed me into leasing this peice of ??????? car. The car battery life is 100 miles. Everything runs on this battery. I can't drive far because I will run out of battery. I drive around without heat in this cold, frigid weather and sometimes restrict the usage of lights just so I can reach my destination. I cannot use heat, navigation or radio all at the same time. That will reduce the distance I can drive. What's the point of paying $400.00 for a lease car you can hardly drive. Richard and Nissan knew what they were doing.... did they care that they werent telling me the entire truth about this car. It takes nearly 24 hours to fully charge this car. How can you live your life having to worry about where you go and will you reach your destination? I drive nervously and worried about if I will be stranded. Nissan's Consumer's affair did absoultely nothing to aleaviate or help rectify the matter. As a consumer, I felt tricked and bamboozled. The dealer, continues to lie to me. I told him the title wouldnt come to my house since I'm not the owner. Then the dealer received the title... did anyone call me to further assist me. NO!!! After numberous calls to the dealer now Regie added "I'm having all my guys look for a buyer for your car." It's now the end of January almost February and all they have offered me out of good will..... the second level charging station. Its almost a month since I was also promised this and noone from Nissan has contacted. This is no way to do service. This is bad service... How can you run a business on pure lies and by deceiting your customers. Im a firm believer what goes around comes around!!!! A very dissatisfied customer More
horrible experience from the moment i came in. The sales person, Eddie seemed to forget every detail i advised him of. Even went as far as telling me the car I came to look at was not there, not until anoth person, Eddie seemed to forget every detail i advised him of. Even went as far as telling me the car I came to look at was not there, not until another sales person over heard the convo and advised him to check the computer.. where the car was indeed listed. the entire time i felt belittled and information was being held from me. None the less, i sat there for about 2 hrs to speak to a financial consultant and was told by Eddie that I would probably have to pay 3000.00 more than what i intended to put down( where he got these figures - IDK) he then told me i was better off buying a new car (at a higher price) and that it was going to be impossible to pull off what I wanted to do (carry over a balance). He left 2x asking us if we wanted anything (water, snack) and we advised water - lets just say had i been waiting on that water - id be dead - it never came so I went on a search for my own xxxx water and paid 1.25 for it (CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS HORRRRRRRIBLE) Needless to say, after sitting there for a total of about 2.5 hrs, a manager came in and told us we were better off leaving and getting a call on monday - not after advising or trying to force a 2013 altima on me!(today is monday & i had to call them, which they kept hanging up on me). I recieved a very unprofessional email from Eddie saying to call - no answer 2x - called the internet sales rep - no answer 3x- mind you I have already recieved reports advising they ran my credit - whats the hold up? I dont know -__-. All i know is from my stand point, if I was maybe another sex, i wouldnt have gone through this run around. the entire time i was there i was spoke to as if I am a moron, and had no idea how to buy a car or even go about the processes of doing so. - this would be my 6th car within the 10 years of me driving. all i know is I will NEVER come back there again.. NEVER would i even recommend this place and I will make sure to share this with ANYONE that will listen... i dont understand how their ratings are so good because everyone in there looked pissed off... oh yea--- still waiting on my call --- probably to tell me i have to sell my 1st child off to buy a nissan --- **** signed the dumb female More

WORST NISSAN DEALERSHIP EVER!!! They are fraud, lairs, scammers, robbers.... Everybody must avoid this place, especially for first time buyers. Avoid Russian salesmen. I can say this because they robbed m scammers, robbers.... Everybody must avoid this place, especially for first time buyers. Avoid Russian salesmen. I can say this because they robbed me for $10,000 because I bought a car from here that costs $26,995 and payed a down payment of $10,000 which didn't reflect in the price. Instead of going down the price went up. the total sales price was $45,999.28 How come a 2008 Nissan Armada costs $45,999.28???? I also never received a contract because they are hiding there lies.
