While I'm appreciative of your reaching out based on my review , it is a lot waaaaaay late . Time was of the essence at the time of my visit with my husband and kids , as I wanted to hammer out a deal that day , somewhere as my car was unreliable and my husband isn't always available . I live in Long Island and have become to a customer service experience that is far above the mediocre experience I was met with at your location . Against my better judgement of staying on the island to purchase a car , I opted to go back to my Brooklyn roots to support that city . Bad decision . Firstly the man who worked with us had no real clue as to what vehicles were available based on our need and price range . When he did start to narrow stuff down we walked to a bunch of dark lots trying to peek through windows of the cars we could locate . Then we waited more than 30 minutes to just get prices of the ones that tickled our fancy . Not only was he rude in his handling my question on a possible trade of my 2003 jaguar stype , that he hadn't even seen , but dismissed as a potential "lemon worth no more than about $600-$800 , so don't even bother ". Said " lemon was inspected and accepted for trade at another dealership fetching a few thousands,less than if sold privately , but accepted for a few thousand toward my purchase , because of the excellent condition it was in . When I saw said salesman again , he told me I just have to wait cause he needs a manager , to give a price ? Since I knew I didn't have to wait , I left after seeing him exit the building with another potential client . I'm just as important as the other person , so I won't be made to feel less important or demeaned while trying to give you business . Working in healthcare in a customer service based setting , I've come to value /expect and deliver nothing but excellent service , which I certainly didn't receive at your location . Customer service etiquette should be an on going class offered to your /that rep , for future encounters . Best wishes
