0 stars. Horrible. Where do I begin? I would not bring my car there if I didn't have to. My car was towed there as arranged by Nissan Roadside Assistance because my starter didn't work. ALL I wanted was t my car there if I didn't have to. My car was towed there as arranged by Nissan Roadside Assistance because my starter didn't work. ALL I wanted was to get it fixed and pay the $50 deductible as agreed in the extended warranty service contract. Because my car was in the shop they took my car hostage unless I agreed to pay, initially, for a new battery, drive belt and labor, that I knew was fine. I brought a mechanic from RIGHT AROUND the block that had a jump starter with him so I can have to towed to a cheaper place and to find out if it really is the battery and belt that I KNEW was fine. A representative told me that it wouldn't start unless I had a new battery and belt. I asked him how did he bring it in the shop. He replied that they pushed it in. So I said push it back out. That's when he said they can't let my car go (I'm not allowed as by law to go to their garage and take my car out of there) unless I paid the diagnostic fee of $115 . This is after they didn't give me a rental car as stated in the service contract and I asked for multiple times (should have gotten a rental for the 3 days after Nissan Roadside Assistance made a call to the Bay Ridge Nissan.) Being stuck in this predicament of not having a car for 3 DAYS and they refusing to release my car. I paid the bill of $190 plus tax so I can get back to going work and my life! More

My experience at this dealership was very bad. I called once and talked to a sales rep and then the next day I got a call back and I missed the call. I called back to see who called me and the customer ser once and talked to a sales rep and then the next day I got a call back and I missed the call. I called back to see who called me and the customer service ladies were speaking very rude to me, not to mention i was transferred about 5 times and no one knew who called me, very unprofessional. I decided to come in and sales rep made me walk around to look at all cars without herself knowing where the car I wanted to see is located and made me walk for at least an hour locating that car. I was offered a car that had torn color and was damaged. I did not enjoy the way the customer service and sales rep behave themselves. Did I forget to mention I was sitting waiting for them for at least an hour for someone to assist me until the manager came along . On the bright side the place is very nice inside. When i looked at a price online and came in it was thousands over what the internet price was. More

It's a week since I purchased my new Nissan Sentra and I am enjoying it and am glad I made the choice to visit Bay Ridge Nissan. :) More

This dealership is a joke. They are the kings of the bait and switch, promise you one price downstairs then when you get upstairs the price changes completely and you have to put a lot of money down. They like to put on a show for the customer, acting as if they're fighting with their managers to get you a better price, when they aren't really doing anything. They tell you that's the lowest they can go on the price, but the price gets lower every time you get up to leave. Even when you've made it clear you're done with them, they still call you with lower prices. The fact that you have to constantly play a game with this dealership shows how shady they are. You want 1 car, they keep on trying to sell you on a lesser model to save you money. If the customer wants one model, stop trying to sell them on the lesser model. It's what the customer wants, not what you feel like doing. I've dealt with this dealership twice, once because I didn't know better, and the 2nd time because I thought maybe they cleaned up their act. They obviously didn't. Don't go here. It's a headache and the people who work there are shady. More
