I LOVE MOE!!! he was sooooooo friendly and treated us like family!, i really felt comfortable with him because he didn't really seem like a sales person! he was relating with us instead of treating us as like family!, i really felt comfortable with him because he didn't really seem like a sales person! he was relating with us instead of treating us as a 'sale' i bought an Altima sl from him! i came in wanting to get the SL he told me if you don't need leather you should just get the SV with the package its the same car just no leather. from then and there i felt comfortable with him because he was trying to save me money instead of selling me the most expensive car on the lot! On October 16, 2012, I was coaxed into getting a Leaf. Mr. Richard, wasnt a very knowledgable sales rep. He pushed me into leasing this peice of ??????? car. The car battery life is 100 miles. Everythi Mr. Richard, wasnt a very knowledgable sales rep. He pushed me into leasing this peice of ??????? car. The car battery life is 100 miles. Everything runs on this battery. I can't drive far because I will run out of battery. I drive around without heat in this cold, frigid weather and sometimes restrict the usage of lights just so I can reach my destination. I cannot use heat, navigation or radio all at the same time. That will reduce the distance I can drive. What's the point of paying $400.00 for a lease car you can hardly drive. Richard and Nissan knew what they were doing.... did they care that they werent telling me the entire truth about this car. It takes nearly 24 hours to fully charge this car. How can you live your life having to worry about where you go and will you reach your destination? I drive nervously and worried about if I will be stranded. Nissan's Consumer's affair did absoultely nothing to aleaviate or help rectify the matter. As a consumer, I felt tricked and bamboozled. The dealer, continues to lie to me. I told him the title wouldnt come to my house since I'm not the owner. Then the dealer received the title... did anyone call me to further assist me. NO!!! After numberous calls to the dealer now Regie added "I'm having all my guys look for a buyer for your car." It's now the end of January almost February and all they have offered me out of good will..... the second level charging station. Its almost a month since I was also promised this and noone from Nissan has contacted. This is no way to do service. This is bad service... How can you run a business on pure lies and by deceiting your customers. Im a firm believer what goes around comes around!!!! A very dissatisfied customer More
horrible experience from the moment i came in. The sales person, Eddie seemed to forget every detail i advised him of. Even went as far as telling me the car I came to look at was not there, not until anoth person, Eddie seemed to forget every detail i advised him of. Even went as far as telling me the car I came to look at was not there, not until another sales person over heard the convo and advised him to check the computer.. where the car was indeed listed. the entire time i felt belittled and information was being held from me. None the less, i sat there for about 2 hrs to speak to a financial consultant and was told by Eddie that I would probably have to pay 3000.00 more than what i intended to put down( where he got these figures - IDK) he then told me i was better off buying a new car (at a higher price) and that it was going to be impossible to pull off what I wanted to do (carry over a balance). He left 2x asking us if we wanted anything (water, snack) and we advised water - lets just say had i been waiting on that water - id be dead - it never came so I went on a search for my own xxxx water and paid 1.25 for it (CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS HORRRRRRRIBLE) Needless to say, after sitting there for a total of about 2.5 hrs, a manager came in and told us we were better off leaving and getting a call on monday - not after advising or trying to force a 2013 altima on me!(today is monday & i had to call them, which they kept hanging up on me). I recieved a very unprofessional email from Eddie saying to call - no answer 2x - called the internet sales rep - no answer 3x- mind you I have already recieved reports advising they ran my credit - whats the hold up? I dont know -__-. All i know is from my stand point, if I was maybe another sex, i wouldnt have gone through this run around. the entire time i was there i was spoke to as if I am a moron, and had no idea how to buy a car or even go about the processes of doing so. - this would be my 6th car within the 10 years of me driving. all i know is I will NEVER come back there again.. NEVER would i even recommend this place and I will make sure to share this with ANYONE that will listen... i dont understand how their ratings are so good because everyone in there looked pissed off... oh yea--- still waiting on my call --- probably to tell me i have to sell my 1st child off to buy a nissan --- **** signed the dumb female More

WORST NISSAN DEALERSHIP EVER!!! They are fraud, lairs, scammers, robbers.... Everybody must avoid this place, especially for first time buyers. Avoid Russian salesmen. I can say this because they robbed m scammers, robbers.... Everybody must avoid this place, especially for first time buyers. Avoid Russian salesmen. I can say this because they robbed me for $10,000 because I bought a car from here that costs $26,995 and payed a down payment of $10,000 which didn't reflect in the price. Instead of going down the price went up. the total sales price was $45,999.28 How come a 2008 Nissan Armada costs $45,999.28???? I also never received a contract because they are hiding there lies. I leased a 2013 altima with bay ridge Nissan we agreed that Taxes would go into payments. They also told me they need first and last payment plus destination fees etc. I asked for a copy of my lease agree that Taxes would go into payments. They also told me they need first and last payment plus destination fees etc. I asked for a copy of my lease agreement but was not given one. After months pasted I was able to get a copy from the bank only to discover everything was a fraud and they changed the numbers only to benefit them and in the lease agreement they made it look like I gave no last payment and all payments were for taxes. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM BAY RIDGE NISSAN THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED after they SCHEME on you they ignore your calls and avoid you. More

I met with Ron Stewart to work out a deal on a 2012 Nissan Frontier, we went through the list of options that I wanted on the truck & agreed on a price. Once they located the exact vehicle that I had a Nissan Frontier, we went through the list of options that I wanted on the truck & agreed on a price. Once they located the exact vehicle that I had asked for( about 3-4 days later), they asked me to come in because they couldn't tell me over the phone whether or not they would be able to actually sell me the vehicle for the price we agreed on. Off course once I got in the office, and the finance manager came in, he tried to explain why they couldn't give the vehicle to us at the price agreed upon, even though it was the exact vehicle we had priced up earlier. He tried to use the line that my credit was not good enough, but the person Co-signing for me had perfect credit score... it was all BS. I got up right away and walked out. I am unwilling to deal with dishonest salesman who think they are going to make money by lieing to customers, just be upfront and honest and I'll work with you. Having said all that, I decided not to go with the Nissan Brand at ALL because of that experience. I bought a honda Ridgeline. More
