Was welcomed by. Friendly staff. Was set up with Richard a very nice salesman. Who did his best to make sure I get me into a new 2013 altima that I came for. Except for offering a test drive or even to pick a color ect. Other then that all he wanted was a $299.00 down payment otherwise he wouldn't be able to get me anything. Found that to be really pushy. But after we finally figured it all out we decided on everything it's time to look at the trade in I have. A 2010 dodge ram 1500 quad cab great condition except the mileage is 76k a ill high. So after waiting like a bird stuck in a cage for over an hour I was told that its too late and the banks are closed so It will have to be the next day. Day goes by without anyone attempting to contact me. So I call Richard and he says it's all good to go. I should come right away. So I ran and sat down with Richard and the finance guy mr Ray. Funny guy. Not sure what went wrong. But it seemed that everyone forgot that I came to LEASE a car and not FIANCÉ for 6 years. But it went from one minute it's a maxima then it's a used infinity then it's a Mercedes I almost agreed on something before a last minute look over revealed a used car for finance. Not very happy I was about to leave so they tell me now that I should wait because he finally got it right they just have to see if they can give me more for my trade in. Thats when I was told that they only offered $10.000 for it. I looked different places before and got it appraised before at $14.700 bottom line I walked out of there without a deal. Next day Denise calls me and claims that she works directly with the owners and she went over my deal and wants me to come back because she has a ready deal with everything I wanted. Asked me to come in at 8.00 pm and meet with her. I told her I don't want to waste anyone's time. Her answer was " I'm not here to waste anyone's time and I'm not here to make any money on ur deal. I'm here just to earn your business. And I can do more then the others" so I show up there to find that she went home for the day. Keep in mind I just spoke to her. I'm being told that rasan works with her and he knows it all and he comes over and he says " so I got everything ready for you. Deal is good. Whats ur name???""" I'm like u telling me my deal is ready and u don't even know my name??? He didn't say anything. After talking for five minuets he reveals a great deal that I had no freaking interest in to begin with. A FINANCE AND NOT A LEASE!!!! Really??? Oh he said you wanna lease? Ok so ur loan is definitely approved but since u want a lease u gonna have to get a co signer so we can offer more money for ur trade!!! HUH??? I have no idea why if I want a lease it's not good if I want to finance I can take it now?? Why didn't u tell me all that ? Why did you guys call me back here just to waste my time? I had a real bad experience at bay street Nissan and still can't figure out how they do it? Maybe it's me. I'm not sure. But I hope this helps you in making the right choice. More
My wife and I bought a Nissan Murano in November second 2012. Craig and Barry( Managers) were very helpful and friendly at the binging(even the car was a little overpriced), but after we bought the car her 2012. Craig and Barry( Managers) were very helpful and friendly at the binging(even the car was a little overpriced), but after we bought the car here is what happen: - we couldn`t deliver the car because the tittle has not arrived(we had to wait for a week) - they offered a rental with no gaz -car had few issues even it`s a 2009 model: sunroof doen`t retract all the way back(which is noted on a receipt I have) , front windshield water don`t work pump is broken (which I discovered a month later when I had to use it) I was told to come back anytime to fix the problems knowing that i bough the extended warranty ( 2500$) extra to save the headache. I couldn`t come back right away I have 2 jobs the wife works so Waited until the oil change was due and went back today the repair center said the pump is not covered( Although it says bumper to bumper) and it will cost 388$ ( the pump cost 31$ it will take 30 minutes to replace even with their laber rate 104$ it should be less than 150 $ with tax). I said just leave it I will fix it my self, they charged me 114$ for diagnoses. When I tried talking to the sales people who sold me the car and the extended warranty I did not get any help I was told there is nothing they could do(friendliness disappeared). More

He was very informative, patient and helped me choose the perfect car for me and my family to have. This is the third car I have had in my life so I've delt with salespeople in the past. He was by far the best!!! He also helped my choose an automobile that best fits my budget. I had a Nissan Maxima before but now i have a Pathfinder. I was very happy with his service and i was a pleasure dealing with him. Thanks!!!!!! More

I came into bayridge nissan after looking for a preowned car for 3 weeks.Tired and frustrated dealing with owners and other dealers I was greeted by Mohammed. Negm..what a great and honest rep. for his dealer ship.I was given a great price for my 2009 Volkswagen rabbit..made a deposit and Mohammed took care of everything else like a pro.I came in the next day and my car was prepped for take off.I will always recommend bayridge nissan to my family and friends! My wife and I went to this dealership to get her a used 2009 Nissan Rogue that we had seen on Autotrader for around $12,999. We got to the dealership at 1PM and waited till around 1:30 to take a test driv 2009 Nissan Rogue that we had seen on Autotrader for around $12,999. We got to the dealership at 1PM and waited till around 1:30 to take a test drive. We were assigned a nice young man who was knowledgeable. Once back from the test drive they made us wait from 1:45 till 2:30. From there another man approached us and said that the guy that took us on the test drive had an emergency and had to leave early (Red Flag!). So the new guy starts badgering us on how much we are going to put down on the car. We say lets talk about the final price first. He was putting together a half-hearted contract with a bunch of different fee names (Prep Fee, Documentation Fee, Dealership Fee, and Finance Fee ). All of these fees had a TBD next to them! I said we wouldn't sign the contract until we figured out these fees. The new guy would not let up and we went at this for 45 minutes! At the end he said "You win, let me go get my manager." The manager made us wait from 3:15 till 4. We went into his office and he was pulling the same shenangians. We finally said we would like to put down $1500 and finance the rest. Then he went through the fees for the next 2 hours. The fees as the explained were set in stone and necessary. Here is how they justified them. Prep fee ($800) - "When we buy the cars they are in bad shape and this fee enables us to work on the car to get it to pass NYS inspection. Documentation fee ($250) - NYS Inspection, and Registration, which seems valid except that NYS Law limits this fee to $75! Finance Fee - ($600) "This fee helps us run our finance department" Dealership Fee ($1350) - "Do you have kids? Well we do too and we have to feed them." After arguing with them for some time about how the Prep Fee, Dealership Fee and Finance Fee were a complete joke I asked them how they could list the price as $12999 if they knew they were gonna charge these fees. He replied we dont control 3rd party advertising. I called Autotrader on the spot and on speakerphone they said they dont take listings from anyone, you need to pay to put them on yourselves. So with the $12999 plus $3000 in fees we came to about 16k and he kept referring to our FINAL PRICE of 15840. What he did was sweep the fact that we agreed to pay 1500 for the downpayment under the carpet. Then added the taxes of the 16k to the 14500 to get 15840. We agreed and they said come back in 2 hours when the prep was done. So at 8 PM on our way back we realized he had lied to us about the final price to which they basically walked right past us and went to smoke a ciggarette outside. All in all this was a horrible experience, and I would highly not recommend buying from these lowlifes. More
The whole experience with sales man Eddie P. was an amazion experience he took the time out to go through all my needs, went over different options and prices and affordabitiy. Eddie told me that he just want to go over some car before I make a decision, eddie went over the different trim levels and options i had for the vehicle, and i felt like i was in total control not being pressured to buying just any vehicle. Eddie also was very helpful as for the choices I have and went over the steps, eddie also went over the bussiness process which it was very smooth and quick and upon of obtaining my vehicle he preset my stations, my cell phone to link with the bluetooth eddie was a person that i would recommend to anyone who's looking for a down to earth sales person and who accually listens to the customer. Mohamed, AMAZING, i walked into this dealership with my family and with a car already in mind (nissan quest) as soon as i walked in, mohamed introduced us around to different types of cars. he seriously is family and with a car already in mind (nissan quest) as soon as i walked in, mohamed introduced us around to different types of cars. he seriously is a faithful salesman who just wanted the best car for the family! when he showed us the pathfinder with the panoramic double moon roof, leather, and dvd system ! we fell in love with it !!!!!! he knew all the information about the car! and finally we went with the pathfinder! the manager was a little aggressive with the prices, but were happy with the car <3, FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE oh and mohamed kept asking us if we wanted "coffee, hot coco, hot coco with milk?" like every five mins haha! i def recommend this! More
