This was my first experience purchasing my first car and I must say that Beverly Markus was not only a great sales person but a people person (excellent interpersonal skills). I was nervous and excited about purchasing a car but Ms. Markus made me feel comfortable and provided me with all the information I needed. I explained my situation and budget and we found the car that suited my needs (which was funny how there were others who were interested in the same car but I came early enough that in the end I was the one who drove off with the car). I thank Ms. Markus for her attention and assisting me with my purchase. I drove off happy! More

Gino and Beverly are the best of the best. Without them I would still be stressing myself with my old car. My husband and I are so glad and thankful for their help. Berverly was so sweet and understanding, she took her time to show me different cars until I made my choice. I never felt pressured. I can't stop talking abt them the company is lucky to have them. Bay Ridge Nissan Service are garbage..no they don't do their job specially at the service department. Took my car there to replace a mirror and some guy name ANTHONY there is no 2 or 3 Anthony there o do their job specially at the service department. Took my car there to replace a mirror and some guy name ANTHONY there is no 2 or 3 Anthony there only one, he told me that do not need to replace the mirror just replace the glass so i did than after he bring me the bills said to pay up front than after i check the mirror, it couldn't move i return there asking for him and said yo whats going on he said oh sorry i told you that it might be a possibility for it to not work very well i was like WHAT he swear to GOD that he told me ...lol but he's manager was next to him i went outside call the place ask how much they will replace a mirror ect... they told me 224 $ when i go back inside ANTHONY SAID TO ME $ 545 OMG haha and the worst thing is that i purchase the car over time and i cant get good service ANTHONY need to know how to build friendship with customer thank you ANTHONY More
I went to Bay Ridge Nissan to trade my car in, and after talking with Krystal my saleswoman, and Ray the financial manager, I left with a brand new 2013 Nissan Rogue. They were both very honest, extremely talking with Krystal my saleswoman, and Ray the financial manager, I left with a brand new 2013 Nissan Rogue. They were both very honest, extremely helpful, and determined to get me something that I would be very comfortable with. Krystal was very friendly and knowledgeable she answered all of my questions. Excellent service from both of them. I will definitely do it again and will not hesitate to recommend anyone. I was 100% satisfied after working with these two people. Great job!!! Beverly Markus was extremely knowlegable and professional in providing me information in buying my first pre-owned nissan altima. I was initially interested in purchasing this car after going to the Nissan in providing me information in buying my first pre-owned nissan altima. I was initially interested in purchasing this car after going to the Nissan web page. Beverly explained many of the car's features while I was deciding to purchase it when I viewed it in the pre-owned showroom on Friday August 16, 2013. She also explained all the rigid legal requirements that the pre-owned cars had to meet prior to these cars getting into the showroom. She made sure that everything on my pre-owned car was in good working order when I demoed it (e.g., dash board light came on and made sure that this was completely resolved by the Nissan service department prior to me taking possession on Saturday August 17, 2013) and she explained many of the features that the car offered. It was also rewarding to see her spending time in caring and providing helpful information to another consumer in picking up her pre-owned car after I took possession of my car on this active Saturday when many customers were coming and going. She also made sure that the Nissan service department manager was available to look over my old car and that a value was given to me for it when I brought it in on Friday August 16. Beverly initially handled a majority of making sure that the appropriate legal paper work was getting to the appropriate channels for eventual closure. Beverly knows all the legal and Nissan requirements that have to be met (by consumers as well by the different Nissan depts) from the beginning of the selection of the pre-owned car to the actual delivery of the car to the consumer. She should be considered a valuable asset to Nissan for all these points mentioned but especially she was fabulous in providing ample time and caring deeply in helping/providing information to the consumers in making sure they drive off in a safe Nissan pre-owned car they selected and purchased.
