The sales experience to lease my 2020 Escape Hybrid was excellent. However the after sales service is truly awful. Everytime my car went in for a sensor failure or recall it was never fixed and now they ha excellent. However the after sales service is truly awful. It took some time, but this demonstrates a real attention to customer satisfaction in the end. THIS time, the repair took and the truck is working just perfectly ever since. The story, in other words, has a happy ending! All's well that ends well. Thanks to Bob Corrado, the service manager, for correcting this problem and restoring our faith in Ford Motor Company specifically and in the good nature of humankind generally. Pleasant people with some nice inventory on their lot, but don't try to get a car you can't see with your own eyes right there. I was looking for the Ford Mustang Mach e. At first, they told me they located one at a dealer they trade with. Two days later they said they could not get the car. No problem. They suggested I order one and I agreed. I placed my order and gave my deposit. I called frequently to see when I might get the car. Finally, I get a call from my salesperson, he tells me "you will never believe this, the car came in on my day off and someone sold it" He was right, I did not believe it. Despite how nice they dealt with you, in the end, it seemed clear that they were neither honorable nor honest. Be careful if you are not purchasing directly from their inventory. I would not use them in any other situation. More

Horrendous dealership. Our car has been in the service center over 50 days in 2021. Currently has been in the shop for 5 weeks. I want to first say I have leased and bought from at least 3 Lincoln Ford dealerships over the last 30 years. I have to say this dealerships’ sales people, especially Dominique Liccione and Sam in Fina least 3 Lincoln Ford dealerships over the last 30 years. I have to say this dealerships’ sales people, especially Dominique Liccione and Sam in Finance, have THE BEST bedside manner and customer service skills. I called Empire on a whim after comparing some of the others. From the first answer to my purchase and sign out the door process was SUPERB! To the manager Eric Tops, I commend your training and NO BS sales pitch… this woman Dominique, was so friendly and accommodating over the phone. And when I met her, she had such a lovely beautiful personality. Never made me feel pressed or haggling for an extra dollar out of me. Eric I AM ALWAYS A LOYAL CUSTOMER to good service and genuine people like Dominique and SAM, I am in the market again in few months. We dealt with a salesperson named Rob. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and easy to deal with. He explained everything to us and took a lot of time with us. He is one of the reasons we purchased a Lin knowledgeable, kind and easy to deal with. He explained everything to us and took a lot of time with us.
