I was looking to buy a new car being that the lease on my old car will be up shortly. I have done some research and was looking to buy a mid-sized SUV. After about 10 minutes, still no one cared to ask us if we needed any help. Eventually an older man that sat in the middle in the front of the store asked us if we needed help. He did not get up out of his chair, nor did he even come around to greet us or introduce himself. After we said, "yes please we'd like some help" 3 times, he finally stood up and said, "what are you looking for?" I said I'm interested in finding out about a Ford Escape. He then pointed to one and said, "there's one right there..." Real professional I tell you. We walked out. I just came from coaching a baseball practice and was in my baseball outfit still, so he must have thought I didn't have any money and wasn't worth his time.
