Thank you so much for this sale. I met up with Ulo the salesman, and he was outstanding and very caring. I was planning to drive away with a new car, and so I did. It was an easy process. I have the worst experience with this dealer i bought a ford on 11/18/2020 i bring the car home that night next day i notice my sunroof was crack call the dealership and spoke to tom the used car manager h ford on 11/18/2020 i bring the car home that night next day i notice my sunroof was crack call the dealership and spoke to tom the used car manager he said to bring it in i drop off the car the following monday to be repair the next 2 day i got a call it was not authorized to be repair i called the dealership to speak to Tom to ask why was it not authorize he said he has to look at it first that day i went back to the repair shop keep going back and fourth untill they decided to fix they say they order the glass am here with no car taking taxi and hitching ride to work.so i ask can i get a loaner ? I was told i have to go back to the dealership and speak to Tom i cant go back and fourth again for a problem they did i inspected that car 2 day before i bought it they took the car to get clean up and break the sunroof and now after i bought the car they cant give me a eta when my car will be fix today is 2 weeks now without a car and still waiting worse experience i was happy to have a dealership close by that i can use but now such a horrible experience was gonna purchase another car for my wife but not going to now.i will be writing another review if i dont recieve my car in a another week lets see if they could change my mine ....p.s i only 1 star because u cant put none More

I am very happy with the van deal I got, Jack is very optimistic and positive man that makes the buying process very smooth from very beginning to the end. Once the deal is made, the buying process is very honest and fair without surprised pop up fees. Jack lays out/lists all cost/fee upfront, My car was cleaned, fueled, plated and ready to drive off the lot ! Jack explained me all nice new features the car has like remote start and lock/unlock via Ford app that I didn’t even know exist. Thank you very much for your outstanding service. More

I REALLY wanted to give them my business, as they were not pushy in the least bit. They gave info as requested. They offered a VERY GOOD price, but, the reason we did not purchase their car is b/c of th not pushy in the least bit. They gave info as requested. I tried to order a truck with these guys and it was a huge waste of time. I made an appointment over the internet (due to covid) and when I got there they explained the person I was told I had an appoint huge waste of time. I made an appointment over the internet (due to covid) and when I got there they explained the person I was told I had an appointment with (Tom) was the manager, and he wasn't meeting with me, he doesn't take appointments. They didn't even have my appointment or any of my info that I took time to fill out and send to them prior to my visit. So they sent me to a different salesperson. They were most interested in: "what is your budget?". They kept asking over and over. They wasted over 3 hours of my time going back and forth talking to their managers on every little thing, before we even talked about any pricing. Finally when it came time to talk pricing they claimed they couldn't give me a price anyways, but still was extremely interested in what my budget was and told me "just so you know your monthly lease payments are going to be at least $900 for this truck" but yet the lease price on Ford's own site for the exact truck were well under $700 and that did not include any discounts that I was eligible for. Never thought I would be treated like a cheap skate buying a 70k truck, but Empire ford managed it. In the end, it didn't seem like they even wanted my business if they couldn't rip me off, so I just left. More
