I got an Oil change done on my Bronco but the tech must have been in a rush. When I got home I took a look around and noticed that a screw was missing from the air filter housing. Surprisingly, I found it have been in a rush. When I got home I took a look around and noticed that a screw was missing from the air filter housing. Surprisingly, I found it still in the engine bay near the engine and reinstalled it. Also, they reinstalled my skid plates wrong and it looks like the skid plate is slightly bent where the bolts hold. They offered to rectify the issue and give me the next oil change free, but they will not be touching my truck anymore. You would think that a Ford dealer would provide professional quality service on a Ford vehicle, but I guess not anymore. At least not this dealership. More

I came in to get my car serviced oil change due to low staff. It was understandable that my oil changed took a little while which was fine but then I asked for a car wash which took an extra 35 minutes an staff. It was understandable that my oil changed took a little while which was fine but then I asked for a car wash which took an extra 35 minutes and then when I received my car back. I get in it, and my passenger seat is tilted all the way back and my air is turned on max AC and that’s not the way the service man found my car. I found that a little disrespectful and uncommon. More
