Where most times workmanship is missing and where I assume mechanics are certified in their specialty areas. Very disappointed in the service department . made appointment several days in advance . Dropped vehicle off 830am on Wendesday . Took until Tuesday morning to tell me that the warning light wa made appointment several days in advance . Dropped vehicle off 830am on Wendesday . Took until Tuesday morning to tell me that the warning light was not of any consequence and my other issue probably was not going to be a warranty item ( but they didn’t know exactly what the problem was ?) 2 days later after asking the dealership to discover and fix the issue nothing is been accomplished . Impossible to talk to any person at the actual service department and communication is lacking . Seems to be a corporate level process , not any individual employee . Found the vehicle i wanted and decided I was going to buy, we agreed on numbers. After that, they wouldn't let me use my own financing. reluctantly, they talked me into using their financing. I firmly told them only if they can match the interest rate that I was already approved for by my credit union. they promised they would and of course when i got back to finance i asked what my rate was. and of course it was higher. That was a lot of trouble and a terrible experience/battle. 3-4 weeks after i bought the car, they called me and said my interest rate changed again!!!! I was furious. they tried to change number around to account for it, but i find out that they shorted paying off my trade in by over $700. I am still dealing with this! what a horrible experience all the way around. Salesman was pretty good, but besides that the worst experience I've ever had. More
