Bad Service Service Dept misdiagnosed my vehicle then charged me $95 diagnosis fee. Told me they couldnt find source of front end noise but wanted me to give them Service Dept misdiagnosed my vehicle then charged me $95 diagnosis fee. Told me they couldnt find source of front end noise but wanted me to give them permission to replace front rotors for $459 to see if that fixed the noise and if it didnt they would keep looking. Took it to an independant mechanic who diagnosed it as transmission failure and said vehicle is still under warranty so take it to another Ford Dealer to be repaired More
