Then they try to lease us a 2017 new car. After the lease approve, they don't allow us to lease, just want us to buy. It is really bad to do business like this. More
Buyer beware! They had a truck online that I was interested in. I had them drive it from the Rockford dealership so I could drive it in Greenville. I drove an hour They had a truck online that I was interested in. I had them drive it from the Rockford dealership so I could drive it in Greenville. I drove an hour and a half to drive this truck. I texted the salesman before leaving home that I was leaving and he told me the truck was there. As soon as I got there he then told me the truck was not the same one that it showed online. The pictures were wrong and that truck sold long ago. He only told me as soon as I got there and didnt tell me before leaving that it was the wrong truck. They did nothing to help me or make it right with me. They show cars online that are not what they have in stock! Wasted a very nice day at a dealership that got me no where. The owner should always try and make it right with someone trying to give him his business. More

The staff is always wonderful and goes above and beyond to help. They wash vehicles for customers and provide outstanding service. They provide transportation via a replacement vehicle or a shuttle to and from the destination desired. They provide cookies and coffee/water. I give them 5 stars of excellence and would gladly recommend them for all of your vehicle needs! More

We went in to see if we could upgrade to a truck that could haul more than our Lincoln Navigator could (which towed 8500#) and they talked us into the Ford F150 with Ecoboost because it could haul 11,300 lbs. We traded in our Navigator that we owed free and clear. Come to find out about a year later when going to purchase a travel trailer that the truck we were talked into didn't have the appropriate trailer package and we could only haul 7300#!!! We went back to them to make it right because they completely misrepresented the vehicle we bought and the salesman was no longer there and they wouldn't do a thing to help us but tell us we can take a loss on the $6500 we got on trade for our Navigator and go in the hole another $6500 because they would only give us fair trade value and not what we owed so that they could make yet another profit off selling our truck they misrepresented to us. They sold us the most expensive F150 they had on the lot even though it was NOT the vehicle we were searching for! More
The warranty work to a month to get completed. I didn't ask for a loaner but got a lot reason why it was taking so long. After picking the car up I had loose bolts on body panels gasket maker maker didn't ask for a loaner but got a lot reason why it was taking so long. After picking the car up I had loose bolts on body panels gasket maker maker to stop leaks, scratches on my windshield and touch screen radio. This was from dash work. I was not happy and talked to Ed koeln. Ed, the service manage and I talked and they agree to fix some of the poor work. I called to have my car brought in and was told my car had no warranty and the dealership had to eat the cost of the repairs made. They could not tell me why my car had no warranty ( I am the second owner) after talking to Chrysler, my car does have a warranty. I guess the service manager is more into making Christmas lawn decoration then getting the service right and getting the right information. More
Took a vehicle in for a front end alignment. Less than 400 miles the upper A-arm came loose from the frame. Dealer could do nothing about a repair except charge me for another alignment. Dealer did not st 400 miles the upper A-arm came loose from the frame. Dealer could do nothing about a repair except charge me for another alignment. Dealer did not stand behind their work. Bought a used vehicle with air conditioner not working properly. Was told air conditioner was repaired before sale was final. Air conditioner was not repaired and would cost me $1000.00 to repair 2 days after I bought the auto. Dealer did not stand behind vehicle condition when condition was pointed out before sale. Brought an auto in for a recall notice. Had 4 spark plugs installed and a low oil pressure sensor. Cost was $386.00 for 4 spark plugs and an $8.00 sensor. Cost for this repair was not discussed before said repair was performed. Cost was not resonable for work performed. More
Worst experience ever! Ed Koehn sold my 75 year old mother an 11 year old car for 5200 dollars. The engine light came on while driving home. It's been 3 months, hundreds of dollars, 4 trips to the serv mother an 11 year old car for 5200 dollars. The engine light came on while driving home. It's been 3 months, hundreds of dollars, 4 trips to the service department, and the light is still on and they finally found the real problem, the transmission, now they want thousands to fix it. First Electrolux and now Ed Koehn, are there any big companies left that know the meaning and value of community anymore? The only time they wheel Ed Koehn out is to close a deal. When there is a problem he is nowhere to be found. While the rest of us struggle, Ed Koehn is expanding his empire. Slick talking greedy big city managers are all that is left of Ed Koehns legacy. It's too bad, at one time, Ed Koehn was a man you could trust, now it's just a name on a bunch of buildings. More
