Julia G. was our "Experienced Guide" during our trade in and purchase at EchoPark. The trade in value was more than fair. Julia was kind, courteous and professional during the entire process. The only issue we had was the fact that only one set of keys came with the car. This is a family car that my wife and I will both drive. One set of keys is more than inconvenient. Never have I purchased a car that came with only one set of keys. Julia gave us a number to call to get a second set of keys. The number lead us to a recorded message that because we were not a dealership we had to jump through hoops and the cost was stupid for a second set of keys. That is reason why only 4 stars. More
