The service technicians in Cicero are the absolute worst. I had an issue with my car pretty quick after I got it, but it happens and i did not hold it against them. I bring it in and they do an oil change wh I had an issue with my car pretty quick after I got it, but it happens and i did not hold it against them. I bring it in and they do an oil change which had little to do with the problem and i get charged for that. Thats fine, it didnt cost much. Well a very short time later, i have a bigger issue. I call and get a service appointment set up and the car is towed in . They tag the car, lose the key, never get it in the bay. Two days later, i call because i was told there would be a loaner available. A woman tells me the tech working on my vehicle is with a customer and will call me back. I called 6 times and that was the only time anyone answered the phone. I get there and 4 people are in there doing nothing. They tell me my car didnt sound familiar at all. Told me to go drive around the lot and find it. I COULD SEE IT FROM THEIR DESKS!! The woman who had lied to me over the phone wouldnt make eye contact with me. They were all trying to blame it on someone else who wasnt even in the room. They told me they hadnt had loaner cars available in weeks and had no idea when they would work on my car. they are beyond terrible. Worst service I have ever had. More

I brought my daughter here to buy her new/used car. It was a great experience for her. Nick, her salesperson, was very patient and listened to her needs and her concerns. He was not pushy and gave her several options to work with within her budget. We had gone to several other dealerships but none really seemed to want to take the time with my daughter. One even seemed to talk down to her because she was female. As if she didn't know how to buy or car. It took us two days to finalise everything with Nick at Sun Auto but it was well worth the wait. My daughter loves her new car. She is very impressed with Sun Auto. They may get another sale as my girlfriend will also soon be in the market for a new/used car. The finance people there were also very helpful in making this experience so nice for my daughter. More

Erin checked in with me every couple days while I waited for my accident settlement (which took 2 weeks). Dreading car shopping I stopped in to Sun Auto to test drive a Nissan Rogue after speaking with Joe Van Hoven. I ended up testing a different rogue with fewer miles and a different color that I loved. Less than 24 hours later I drove off with my new car. I didn’t expect the process to me so easy and simple but Joe was amazing, helpful, determined and kept his word for all of my requests. More
