Will make negotiations with you but not follow through. Didn't get out of the Nissan lot and noise was present! I was pissed!!! After speaking with the manager he said a refund could be possible but we want to look at it again. They took about 24 hours and granted they were nice enough to give me a rental since it wasn't going to be done the same day and the manager himself dropped me off at work that morning since the shuttle wasn't available and needed to get to work...Next day came and they found the culprit which was my serpentine belt which was 100% paid for under a warranty since i have had it replaced within the last year... when I called to schedule my 1st appointment to have it looked at I asked for the serpentine belt to be looked at...I'm guessing the didn't the 1st time and was charged about $1600 dollars to replace the AC compressor that wasn't the source of my complaint. They also found during my second appointment that my wheel bearings needed to be replaced so asking for another $672! I asked about 3 months prior if they could have checked my wheel bearings and they supposedly looked at my wheel bearings then and was told that they were ok. I know conditions can change but I doubt it would change that much in about 3 months time. About 2 weeks after my second appointment the manager called me to see how my car was doing and if the sound was gone. I told Ed yes it is fixed but I asked Ed about my refund since I spent about $1600 dollars and it wasn't the problem I came in for. He still said that it could have been part of the problem since it came up on the chassey,might be incorrect spelling, and I said there is no way that was the problem since the sound was worse after pick up. I either want my money back or my wheel bearings changed for no additional cost. He said he would be willing to go with whatever I wanted. I then asked if it was one or more wheel bearings for the $672 that I was quoted. At the time of the call he wasn't sure and stated he would get back to me the following week as he was not going to be in the office the next day which was a Friday. That was about a month ago and I never heard back. I had Laura's direct phone number from previous calls and left a message after business hours asking her at what miles I'm due for an oil change, as they didn't even put a sticker in my car when I next due for an oil change, and which wheel bearings needed to be replaced as I will be taking my car elsewhere from now on, Laura was kind enough to call me the very next morning and updated me on the miles and which wheel bearings. More

I really didn't think I was going to buy as I loved my 2016 Ford Escape with NOTHING wrong with it. However I fell in love with the Kicks. Negotiated for over a week with sales person and finance. Finally came to an agreeable price. He said would take about an hour before they would know. I submitted my credit app and I called after two hours since I didn't hear from him and he said they sold the car to someone else that walked onto the lot. REALLY???? I had been working with them for OVER A WEEK, was purchasing SIGHT UNSEEN as I live out of the area and trusting a deal. Lo and behold, I believe I dodged a bullet. Vehicle was originally purchased from Eau Claire Nissan, and was a "corporate vehicle". CarFax was clean, and majority of service records were with Eau Claire Nissan. This was a 2022 Nissan Murano Platinum with 18k miles. June of 2022 there was a "reconditioning". Given they had done most servicing, I asked for the records. They would only show me a generic repair order, NOT the full service records. I firmly believe they were hiding something. Cause why wouldn't you show the records? Why? Pretty shady business practice. They also claim that they did not run my credit, but that is to be determined. Should there be a hit on my report, they will have to contend with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND EAU CLAIRE NISSAN! They have poor business practices. All about the dollar. Sad. More
