Everything went very smoothly, delivery of our vehicle was a huge benefit as our last car was totaled and the stress on the kids to drive that far to pick up the vehicle ourselves wasn't doable. My sales team was amazing and made everything go smooth and painless. The service department however was supposed to run an Ozone treatment in my vehicle due to the smell of cigarette smoke when purchased and painless. The experience was xxxx near perfect, and im very happy over all. The one issue that kept the dealer score at 4 stars was my car had no gas in it. I feel all cars sold at that value should be delivered w over all. The one issue that kept the dealer score at 4 stars was my car had no gas in it. Other then that i fully recomend Nissan of Eau Clair, these guys aim to please and there service and people skills are outstanding. Communication was steller.
