One of the things that comes with buying a car is the maintenance. People are hesitant to take their cars to dealerships due to the high overhead. I have found that that was the right choice especially with Eau Claire Nissan and Kelly! Kelli consistently goes above and beyond with ensuring that I as a customer have the information that I need during my appointment and at the close of it. She is very well informed, honest, and you can tell a hard worker! More

Mislead me. Told me it would be fixed ran worse after they fixed it. Took it back same day. They diagnosised it again and found other things wrong. It would have cost more than car was worth to fix it. I wish they would have been honest with me on day1 so that I would have not wasted the 1114 dollars on a vehicle that now has to be salvaged. Very very disappointing service More
