I went to this Toyota dealership because my maintenance light was on and it was time for an oil change. A few weeks ago I hit something on a local freeway and lost the lower 'vent' that protects the AC co light was on and it was time for an oil change. A few weeks ago I hit something on a local freeway and lost the lower 'vent' that protects the AC condenser. I met my service advisor (Bob Delia) who walked me through every step of the process. Less than an hour later, I had my car back with the oil changed, the tires rotated and the grill replaced. Couple that with a free carwash and I left a very happy customer. This dealership (and Bob) will continue to get my business. More
