Cost of service seems to me to be EXCESSIVE. Example: I was quoted $600.00 to replace the window lift motor. In the past ( two years ago) it was $300.00. Wow, usually we dislike the way most Car Dealer pressure customers! But I was so very pleased with the supportive attitude that both the Sales and even the Management Staff had dealing with us. We ended up customers! But I was so very pleased with the supportive attitude that both the Sales and even the Management Staff had dealing with us. We ended up buying a vehicle.(We just started looking that day). We had a few issues with the vehicle the next day. The staff addressed the issues immediately! Our Sales person Jaramaih was wonderful! He admitted to be relatively new with Toyota but was very impressed with his knowledge of you fine products. I appreciate him being totally honest with us and addressed all of our concerns. I plan on sharing our experience with our friends and I can only hope Toyota will continue to support us with our new vehicle. This is my sixth Toyota for a good reason.
