On April 3, 2013 I purchased a car from the Earnhardt Toyota Scion dealership in Mesa, AZ. I wanted to have the windows tinted and figured the most reliable option would be to have dealership do the tint Toyota Scion dealership in Mesa, AZ. The service department was closed at the time, so the sales representative said give them a call tomorrow. I called the next morning and scheduled an appointment for April 5, 2013. I brought the car in April 5, 2013, to have the windows tinted and a few other things that needed to be fixed that were noticed during the sale. About two hours later the service consultant comes in the lounge and tells me my car is ready. As we walk outside he tells me that a button they were to replace was not in stock as originally thought and had to be ordered. When we get to the car he then tells me my windshield cracked when it was going through their car wash and the crack has spread since. He then asks me if I have windshield insurance and would I like them to contact the insurance company on my behalf. No apology, no notification when it happened, nothing until he gets me to my car with a crack in the windshield! He tells me we only drove the car 5 mph, so there's no way we did it, there had to be dents in the windshield before the car came in and the heat and car wash made it worse, call your insurance; basically I just need to deal with it. I asked to speak with a manager, the manager comes in the office with a smile on his face and says there's nothing we can do, obviously the dents were there before we received it today so it's not our responsibility. I've had my new car less than 48 hours, there was not a crack in my windshield when I brought it in. More

I had to purchase a new vehicle as mine (2012) was totaled in an accident. We came in to the dealership to "look" not necessarily to buy. Our interaction with Nigel Narain was fantastic. While he encouraged us to buy, he did not pressure us in any way. I bought my car at this dealership over three years ago and bring my car there for every service. I have had a few service advisors and have never had any problems with any of them. They have always been courtious to me and my family. I did not get a business card from the man in the rental car division who got me a great price on renting a car for a few hours while my car was being serviced. I would recommend this dealership for sales and service. I would also purchase another vehicle from them if I needed to. More

I spend good money for quality service, and have never been disappointed with Chuck's forthright honesty as well as Earnhardt's excellent service policy. To start, the first courtesy driver was new and didnt know where he was going. Asked if I was going East (which I was) and he drove me. When the second driver picked me up; he pretty much blamed me that the mornings driver took me home to what is HIS side of town and enforced this with "remeber who your driver is suposed to be next time". As for the tech or back yard mechanic, he stated I needed new wiper blades. I just had them changed the week before. He changed the spark plugs...except the one he said he couldn't get out. They had been changed 3-4000 miles earlier. And the new ONE he couldn't change - its on the front seat of my car - guess for me to change. Isn't that what we pay THEM for? Not sure if any of the other work was really needed now because my engine light is still on, and I didnt receive ANY of the replaced CUSTOMER PAYED for parts to verify. My brand new spark plugs are probably is the mechanics car now...except the lonley one he couldnt remove. Then to top it all off...they had the wrong address and phone number. I updated it when I dropped the truck off. Eight hours later they didnt have it updtaed. I present that to them when they handed me my receipt ... and guess what? NOT A ONE COULD FIGURE THE SYSTEM OUT TO UPDATE MY INFORMATION. WOW. Talk about unhelpful. More
I never leave this dealership with out understanding what was done to my car. All my questions are answered. If my car has any problems, they are fixed.
