Nigel met me at the door and was the only salesperson I dealt with through the whole process of purchasing my new truck. He was engaging, respectful, fair and pulled NONE of the shenanigans we are all fam dealt with through the whole process of purchasing my new truck. I got a great price on the car and noticed Nigel doing last minute detailing with white gloves on my car when I picked it up. Matt in finance was also great, easy going, clear, took some time with me, no sucker punches. I have had had several follow-up calls from Matt and Nigel since the purchase. I went in a few days later and dealt with Gary Childress to purchase a tonneau cover and running boards. It took about 15 minutes to select what I wanted and they were installed the next day 20 minutes faster than he had estimated. I brought in a price quote from my employer, American Express, that was supposed to be given and was told it was incorrect by Telly. It was not an all bad experience there were some good things. Nigel followed up with me and made me feel I had a consultant with me through the process. The one thing that sets badly with me was the price not being honored. I could feel the pulling at my pocket the whole way through and that is what happens when people are commissioned. More
