New car purchase I had hoped to get a used model Toyota in the color and trim that I wanted, but they sell so quickly. I knew going into Earnhardt the used car I want I had hoped to get a used model Toyota in the color and trim that I wanted, but they sell so quickly. I knew going into Earnhardt the used car I wanted was no longer on the lot, because they had updated their web site. In looking for a used car I discovered that several other Toyota dealerships continued to advertise cars that they do no longer have on their lots just to get you in. However, the sales man still took me to that area just to confirm the make and trim was no longer there. There was no pressure to buy new from him. When we then looked at 2016 he was very patient and thorough in going through what features it had and didn't have, and showing me how to use them. He repeated all of that for my husband when he was able to join us. I feel confident that we got the car with the features we needed at a fair price, and it was a very pleasant experience, which we appreciatd. More
