Excellent Service Bought a 2010 CX7 from a third party, that I was bringing to another state. Needed a front license plate holder and Ryan Haught told me to come in and Bought a 2010 CX7 from a third party, that I was bringing to another state. Needed a front license plate holder and Ryan Haught told me to come in and he would take a look at the car. He was very friendly and helpful. He not only installed the front licence plate holder, but showed me how to operate several features on the car. Most importantly, he told me about a warranty recall that I was not aware of. No time to have the work done at Earnhardt Mazda because I was leaving in two days, but just had it done at a Mazda dealer in Texas. Ryan saved us more than a thousand dollars. Will definitely consider this dealership, and Ryan in particular, when we're in the market for a new car. More

Our sales associate was Bill Lohmeyer who guided us smoothly through the process. He was very knowledgable about the CX 5 and very helpful in all aspects of the purchase. Each member of the team that we met with was friendly and professional. We told them what we could afford and before we knew it the sale was completed! I would strongly recommend this dealership to friends and family. I appreciated the sincere friendliness of the general manager Bobby Delvecchio (sorry if I spelled that wrong!) and I let him know his team did a wonderful job. Bait-and-Switch At Earnhardt Mazda I had the worst car buying experience of my life. Unfortunately I had to purchase my car on a very tight schedule. Their practiced, smooth pricing presentation caught me off guard and led to an agreement for what they called an “adjusted” price. Late in the evening, in the cramped finance office, with my family breathlessly waiting to jump into the new car, I realized I was the victim of a dishonest sales pitch. The actual selling price on the final sales document was a thousand dollars higher than the price they had discussed with me. It was a “Bait-and-Switch” type tactic where the customer wastes valuable time thinking a favorable sale is about to close only to find the “adjusted” price was just bait. The dealer insisted that a sales price $1000 higher than the price we shook on was perfectly normal operating procedure. The dealership knew I had to close the deal quickly so I was the perfect mark. Realizing I had wasted a day and had no time left to start over, I purchased the car. While no one at the dealership was rude, someone who smiles as they slit your throat cannot be called courteous, friendly, or professional. Earnhardt Mazda cannot be counted as a reputable business and deserves great scorn from the fine community of Scottsdale Arizona. More

I stopped in on Sunday to test drive a Mazda 3 and was greeted warmly by Chris as I exited my vehicle. I was able to test drive the car and get all my questions answered with no pressure to buy. Decided I was ready to buy on Monday and Chris made certain I was taken care of by Butch since I came in on his day off. I opted for a different model and Butch took me straight away to test drive that vehicle before we sat down to discuss terms. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish and Butch spent time showing me all the features on my new car until I was comfortable driving off the lot. I was in and out in record time and treated with respect, care and consideration by everyone at the dealership. I've popped in a few times since my purchase and have been greeted by the staff there like I'm and old friend!
