My husband test drove the vehicle, and while Ryan showed us neat features, he did not try and oversell the vehicle or sell us upgrades we were not interested in. The negotiating portion went quickly, and we had an easy time talking to Ryan during the brief time periods we did have to wait. Assured me that I would get the same attention and service whenever I decided to buy the car and return to the dealership. I had no plans to buy the car until next week. But after speaking with Bill, I bought it today. Bill was so well informed about the car, that I didn't have to ask a single question. It was almost like he could predict my questions. The only question he asked me, before he showed me the car, was "What mattered most to me in a car". When I answered "safety", Bill first explained to me all the safety features first and then the rest of the car. I loved the fact that Bill could put even my 5 year old boy at ease and got him to love the car, just as I did. Ryan knew the car inside and out and walked me through everything! This is my 5th car I've purchased at a dealership in the last 4 years and it was BY FAR the quickest, easiest, lowest pressure experience I have ever had! I can't say enough about how great this dealership is. I drove 48 miles to look at this car and will do it again for every car I get from here on! First time I've gone into a finance offer where they didn't hard sell me on an extended warranty. The way they treat their customers will keep me coming back! Positive Car Buying Experience I shopped online for a Mazda 6 with several different dealers, and received the lowest quote from Butch at Earnhardt, so I went there first. I expect I shopped online for a Mazda 6 with several different dealers, and received the lowest quote from Butch at Earnhardt, so I went there first. I expected to be told that I had to pay for the "required" add-ons and upsales, but when I was presented with them, I politely declined all. They graciously accepted my request and removed the added costs. When I told them what price I wanted for my trade-in, they again accepted my request with no bickering or bargaining. How refreshing to have a positive experience that feels like a win-win for everyone! I had dreaded heading out to the dealerships, but instead I had a pleasant experience with Earnhardt, where their customer philosophy is to accommodate the customer's needs.
