Saved me $984 and my Rx8 R3 from bogus work! I have an '09 RX8 R3, with a modified cat back exhaust, In which the cat converter was replaced 2mo ago by Meineke in Delaware. I've noticed a weird f I have an '09 RX8 R3, with a modified cat back exhaust, In which the cat converter was replaced 2mo ago by Meineke in Delaware. I've noticed a weird feathery rattle ever since. I've moved to AZ and took it to Meineke in Anthem, AZ. They said it was the exhaust manifold and gasket. Gave me an estimate for $984.xx! I was super skeptical!!! Looked at reviews of Phoenix mazda dealers - sketchy sketchy! Yikes! Saw Earnhardt Mazda. There were some really nice reviews and sparse not so good! Can't please everyone! Took my car there. Dealt w/ Ryan Haught specifically. He rocks! His service team...awesome! Busted their butts to diagnose the problem. What was it? A freakin' BOLT trapped by the pipes coming from the header! They charged my the diagnostic fee...<$125! Now that's a savings! Love you guys at Earnhardt! More

Everybody I encountered was extremely friendly and ready to help any way they could. The dealership was able to make me an amazing offer that I couldn't refuse and I was able to drive home in a 2015 Mazda 3 Hatchback yesterday. I recommend this dealership to anybody in the area looking for a new mazda. They were awesome. More

Sleek, sexy and great on gas I am truly in love with this car. These guys worked to get me the exact model trim, color and interior I wanted. Earnhardt had the best competitive pricing of the Mazda dealers in the greater Phoenix area. Sales staff were incredibly friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Asked to go over some pricing misunderstandings several times and they were happy to oblige until we were on the same page. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. More

We were able to test drive the car before and go home and have the deal made before we came back to pick the car up so that it is easier with our babies!! We went from a 2014 Toyota Camry SE to a 2015 Mazda6 Touring and we can tell an exceptional difference including option changes like moonroof, leather, pandora, rear bank up camera, blind spot sensors and going from 29 mpg gas, to over 40mpg!! This car is definitely an awesome pick!! It is extremely fun to drive with lots of horsepower and is a great family car!! Thanks again Earnhardt Mazda!! You have gained customers for life!! More

My representative was Scott Hay and man is he a very funny man also he likes to get to know his customers while in the buying process, he isn't like other dealership who just want to get you in and out as fast as possible. QUALITY OF WORK: The quality of my new Mazda 3 was good but could have been better if the detail people took more time in cleaning there cars, i did buy my car at night but there are lit areas to see what they are doing and when i received my car and looked at it in the morning it had water marks on all the piano black trim inside my car and there were marks on my dash where they lacked to wipe off the cleaner. They offered me to have it redone but it shouldn't have to be it should have been done right the first time. not only that i had to take it back in as there was a piece of trim on my car that wasn't installed correctly from the manufacture, that wasn't the dealerships fault because i had test drove and bought the car the same day they had received it. they did fix it for free and in a quickly manner. the interior of the car is very nice but does have its flaws like every car, i have owned it for maybe 4 days and there are already stretch marks showing up on the seats and i'm not a heavy person (160lbs) FRIENDLINESS: Everyone there are very nice and want to hep you out any way they can. Scott Hay was the main guy i worked with and throughout the entire buying process he made it enjoyable and had me in and out of there super fast after filling out the paperwork, he also answered all the questions i had. PRICE: lets start off with that I don't have the best of credit out there.With that said you think that i would have gotten a terrible deal and got ripped off with the price i paid, well i didn't, i got a fantastic deal from them. they are a "true car" dealership and not only that but they went lower then what true car had to offer for the model/trim level car i bought. OVERALL EXPERIENCE: In the end i would have to give the dealership a 4.2 rating after everything was done the service was outstanding but the lack of care they gave to the car before i got it cold have been better in my opinion.With everything said i would recommend this dealership over its competitors not only for there friendliness and service but even with the small issues i had with my car they fixed it with no questions asked and also got it done in a very timely manner. More
