I Highly Recommend Earnhardt Mazda!!! I never thought "Bought A Car", "Car Salesman" and "Pleasurable Experience" could be put together in the same sentence and NOT be part of a joke, but I never thought "Bought A Car", "Car Salesman" and "Pleasurable Experience" could be put together in the same sentence and NOT be part of a joke, but I am going to say it! Yesterday my husband and I bought a car, a 2016 Mazda3 from Earnhardt Mazda in Scottsdale and EVERY car salesman we dealt with made it an unexpected pleasurable experience! From first contact less than a week ago to walking out the door with key fobs in hand to MY absolutely gorgeous, unbelievably fun to drive new Mazda3 we worked with 3 salesmen, Tim Tracey (General Sales Manager), Art Guzman (I'm not sure of his job title, sorry Art!), Gary Johnson (Sales Manager and 1 finance man, David Thompson. Before we left I met the dealership's General Manager, Frank Stevens. I can HONESTLY say we had an extremely POSITIVE experience! At no point from our very first interaction to driving away did we feel pressured into anything, have any doubts on what we were told or feel we were being taken advantage of (unlike a lot of reviews I read about other people's experiences with other dealerships and I did A LOT of research)! They all took the time to make sure we understood the car deal and explained our new car features to us in great detail. I strongly recommend Earnhardt Mazda to EVERYONE!!! And if you're not considering a Mazda I think the CARS THEMSELVES AND EARNHARDT MAZDA WARRANT A SECOND LOOK!!
