My first new car! I'm very grateful for the service and selection I found at Earnhardt Mazda. I'm always particular in what I am looking for, so it was good that I found a wide selection of cars to choose from. I was looking specifically for a manual Mazda 3 sport in dark blue. Since there were so many stick-shift cars on the lot, they happened to have exactly that, and I didn't have to wait for a transfer. I actually drove the car home that day! My salesman, Ryan Haught, was excellent in taking the time to get me the best deal he could. They all treated me well, gave me a thorough run down of the technology of the car, and even washed it twice (It was raining)! It was especially fun how they had prepared a signed certificate to commemorate my first car; complete with a tire mark from me, plus candy (most of which I had already eaten by the following day)! Thank you very much, Earnhardt Mazda. My new car is great! More

As a female I get very intimidated by car dealerships and that all went away when I met with Butch. He not only took his time to find me exactly what I wanted but after my purchase has been there for me with all my silly questions. Matt in finance also made the process seamless, he explained everything to me in a way that I understood and helped me make the right choice for my needs. I was so satisfied my husband returned 2 days later to purchase his car. We are both over the moon with our experience and would recommend Butch and the whole team to any family and friends! More

You go in there, with a mission, knowing already that you are going to have to butt heads with some guy with a sleazy crooked smile and silver tongue. But none of that happened. When I found a car i liked and bought it, i knew it was my choice. No pressure, no aggressive sales tactics. I did not have to haggle, argue, or do anything that would raise my blood pressure in order to ensure that I got a fair deal. Ryan didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need, and was very knowledgable about the cars he was selling. It was just that easy. More

Unfortunately I didn't price the model I ended up with but I felt good about Philip, the salesperson. I knew what I wanted to spend and I came very close to that figure. Philip was friendly, not pushy, and made me feel comfortable. He was also very patient showing me all the parts of the car. The added personal touches of this experience made it feel right. More
