He patiently listened to our needs and concerns and then very professionally guided us through an evaluation process toward our final decision and the ensuing purchase negotiations. We are delighted with our new CX-5, and look forward to enjoying its many features and good gas mileage during our future travels. Lastly, we were very impressed by the after-sale experience as Ryan helped us settle into our new SUV and gave us a tutorial on the vehicle and its operational features. There was no hard sell of extras, and they were happy to negotiate on price way past where I thought they might! Each part of the process was explained, and then carried out with the minimum of fuss and effort, and they were happy to entertain my 8 month old who was too interested in the goings-on to have his nap. Also, whilst not involved in the sale of the car, Tony in their parts department is great to work with, finding replacement obscure plastic clips for my 20 year old Miata when no-one else could. In all, a good solid dealership and one I'm happy to recommend. More
