He did not waste any time at all and I really appreciated his assertive, yet laid back demeanor. He was able to fully answer all of my questions on the spot, as well as offer additional information about the dealership, maintenance and care, and service provided by the dealership. This was a one-stop shopping experience which was a huge relief after visiting other dealerships which sold similar cars. Lastly, Butch went over additional details of the car to make sure I knew how everything worked and made sure it was detailed and fitted with a new windshield before I drove off. Matt Larussa was the most detailed and personable Finance Manager I've ever worked with. He was extremely proficient, considerate and able to answer all concerns and questions that I had prior to signing the paperwork. He and Butch have a great sense of humor and really work well together-this made the entire process smooth sailing! They really know how to treat customers well, how to laugh on the job and how to put people at ease with out any sneaky sales tactics. I was also introduced to the Service and Parts Manager and Team and they were also extremely helpful! They've reinstilled my confidence in Mazda-a product which I love-especially with the right service team! Wonderful and easy Butch Shearer is great. We were purchasing a CPO vehicle for my son and had driven up from Tucson .Butch was calm , laid back, incredibly helpful with Butch Shearer is great. We were purchasing a CPO vehicle for my son and had driven up from Tucson .Butch was calm , laid back, incredibly helpful with everything . He made my son feel very comfortable ,went through the vehicle with him making sure he was OK with all the gadgets . Butch found a defect in the dash during the final pass through and arranged for the part to be ordered and available for repair when we would be back in 3 weeks. Couldn't have been any easier and I was very pleased with his attention to my son , as it should have been.
